Yego who participated yesterday at the Wanda Diamond League finals in Zurich sets his sights on the world championshipd in Tokyo.

This is what he posted on his facebook account.

"End of the Diamond league circuit 2025, it has been an incredible season for me to come back and compete in this circuit again after long time out, I enjoyed every bit and time in the run way, a feeling I had lost and working my ass back have been nothing but sheer hard work, courage, determination and steel of heart not surrender in time of poor results !
Now it time to rejuvenate and shift focus to Tokyo world championship 2025
Thanks all for the support, I know I couldn’t make it alone, I might not have achieved your expectations so too my expectations but at least we had moments to celebrate
