When I look back on this year, I see moments I thought would break me but somehow became the very steps that lifted me.

I see doors I did not expect, blessings I did not earn, and strength I did not know I had until I needed it.

None of it was by accident.

God was in every detail.

Through quiet mornings, long nights, praise, tears, confusion, and joy,

He kept showing me that His hand never leaves.

Even in the moments I questioned everything,

He was already arranging what I could not see.

Every lesson.
Every delay.
Every surprise.
Every blessing.

All of it had purpose.

So I close this year with gratitude in my heart.

Not because it was perfect, but because God was faithful.

He carried me when I was tired.

He guided me when I was unsure.

He protected me when I didn’t even realise I needed it.

And He blessed me in ways that still leave me amazed.

Some people will only value you when you are gone. They will speak of your greatness in past tense, as if death or distance suddenly revealed what they ignored in life. Do not waste your years begging for recognition. If they cannot see your worth now, their praise later is nothing but guilt disguised as admiration.
