A story from one lady😭😭😭
My husband and I did our wëdding recently and we were living peacefully until my mother-in-law visited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......

Initially, she did as if she liked me not knowing she is a Brùtal And Ëvil!! 🤦🥺😒😔😔

Anytime I cook, this woman will be Cōmplaining that the food is either salty or wåtery and each time she grùmbles, my husband will take her to a restaurant.

This continued and it was frùstrating.

So one day, I boiled a bowl of rice and made a delicious stew. I didn't add much sālt neither did I add much water.

I was Satisfied when I finished cooking because it was really tasty. 🥰😋😔

I was sure my mother-in-law will enjoy it..........

Lo and behold, this woman tasted the delicious delicacy I cooked and Jabbered that it was naùseating.

I was dùmbstruck and stunned.

Ah! Mama this food is delicious, taste it once more "I muttered stunningly" 🤦🥺😢

No! take this thing away from here "she replied.....

My husband came back and asked his mother what was the problem as he heard her thùnderous voice.

"Your wife doesn't know how to cook " His mother shouted

Ah! Mama, no Nah, Darling, you can taste the food yourself, it is very delicious. 'I uttered thoughtfully'

My husband did not say a word to me, he went into our room and came out.

He said "Mama let's go somewhere"

I was full of fùry and I tried to obstruct them but my husband gave me a hot slap that made me dash to the ground and I fåinted.

Luckily, my house help came around and took me to the hospital.

My house help stays with me all through the night because the doctor said that I should sleep in the hospital.

In the morning, the doctor disclosed that I was two weeks prëgnant.

When I got home, I saw my mother-in-law enjoying one of the weekly programs on DSTV.
I greeted her passionately and this woman didn't even reply me.
I went to my Room; and When my Husband returned; My Mother inlaw told my husban....

Put a frog into a vessel fill with water and start heating the water. As the temperature of the water begins to rise, the frog adjust its body temperature accordingly.

The frog keeps adjusting its body temperature with the increasing temperature of the water. Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog cannot adjust anymore. At this point the frog decides to jump out. The frog tries to jump but it is unable to do so because it has lost all its strength in adjusting with the rising water temperature. Very soon the frog dies.

What killed the frog?
Think about it!
I know many of us will say the boiling water. But the truth about what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when to jump out.

We all need to adjust with people & situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust & when we need to move on. There are times when we need to face the situation and take appropriate actions.

If we allow people to exploit us physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually or mentally they will continue to do so.
Let us decide when to jump!
Let's jump while we still have the strength.

Usually I don't sleep early because I read a lot at night so before I consider going to bed, it's almost 2am.

Barely two hours into my sleep, my phone rang and I picked. It was a male voice calling my name Thomas!

It felt like someone I knew but the voice wasn't clear. He said I should guest who is calling me and since it was a UK number, the only person I had in the UK as at 2007 was Henry.

So I said Henry and he laughed and said my brain is very sharp.

The guy said, he had decided to remember me. He had sent 19 Nokia phones, 12 laptops, through his friend a medical doctor who just came into Nigeria.

He wanted me to sell them and startup something.

Excited, sleep cleared from my eyes. From 4am to 6am, I was calculating the business I should invest the money in when I sell off the things.

It was big money.

At 8am, on his instructions, I went to call the number he gave me to reach the medical doctor who was already in Nigeria.

Hello! I heard a very nice gentle voice from the other end. What can I do for you?

Sir, my name is Thomas, my friend Henry in the UK sent some items for me, through you. The excitement in my voice could be felt a kilometre away😂
