Popular Kenyan content creator and TikToker Baba Talisha, born Faustine Lukale, has opened up about the emotional reason he’s yet to pay dowry for his second wife, Miss Wanjey.

Responding to fans during a candid Instagram Q&A session, the father of two explained that while he deeply loves Miss Wanjey, he is holding off on formalizing their union due to a personal vow he made to his late wife, Milka Faustina, who died tragically in a road accident on Thika Superhighway in August 2020.

“It’s not out of disrespect to the woman I love now; it’s because of a promise I made to the woman I once loved and lost,” he said.

“My late wife may be gone, but the vow I made to her about her dowry still weighs heavily on my soul. Until I honour that, my spirit won’t rest.”

Until recently, Baba Talisha had kept Miss Wanjey’s identity hidden from the public. But following the celebration of their son, he finally unveiled her face—much to the delight of his fans.

“I chose to remain anonymous for personal reasons,” Miss Wanjey shared in a separate Instagram post. “Now that people know me, we move with grace.”

The TikTok star, known for his humorous parenting skits and candid storytelling, admitted that the decision not to visit Miss Wanjey’s family or pay dowry is one he wrestles with emotionally.

“Some promises live beyond the grave,” he wrote, alluding to the cultural and spiritual weight he places on honoring his late wife’s dowry first.

Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has once again stirred the internet, this time by alleging that Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris is romantically involved with a young Congolese man, often referred to in Kenyan slang as a “Ben 10.”

In a viral X (Twitter) post, Miguna shared a series of photos showing the flamboyantly dressed Congolese man in what he claimed were intimate moments with the 60-year-old politician.

“This handsome Congolese brother sent me many images like these and asked me to relay his warm greetings to our Women Rep. with a cryptic message that ‘Choices have consequences,’” Miguna wrote in his post.

The alleged lover has not been identified by name, but the imagery and tone of the post quickly ignited widespread speculation and debate across social media platforms.

As of this report, Esther Passaris has not publicly responded to the allegations. Passaris is married to Pius Ngugi, an 81-year-old Nairobi-based billionaire and industrialist, known for maintaining a low public profile.

An Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Member of Parliament is under fire following shocking allegations that he infected a young bartender during a brief secret affair, then abandoned her without remorse.

The claims emerged through a disturbing exposé circulating online, accusing the lawmaker of exploiting a vulnerable woman, leaving her jobless, sick, and emotionally broken.

According to reports, the MP met the woman at Sport Bar in Kilimani, a posh entertainment venue frequently visited by politicians and Nairobi elites. The two reportedly began a discreet relationship shortly afterward.

Sources said that the MP convinced the woman to quit her job, promising financial support and a “new life.” The bartender, trusting the promise of a better future, resigned from her job, unaware of what was to come.

“He told her he would take care of everything. She was young, hopeful, and believed him,” the source said.

Just three weeks into the relationship, the MP allegedly cut off all communication with the woman. A whistleblower has since revealed that the bartender tested positive (exact diagnosis undisclosed) and is now battling severe depression.

“She has been left to suffer alone. The man who promised to change her life left her when she needed him most,” the source added.

Sandra Dacha has declared that she’s officially ready to settle down and is actively looking for a husband.

Speaking during an interview with a local entertainment outlet, the bubbly 34-year-old star — best known for her hilarious role as Silprosa in the hit series Auntie Boss — made it clear she’s serious about transitioning from career life to family life.

“Mi niko serious, I’m ready to be married. I’m not even joking—hii si content,” she stated

While her social media presence often showcases glamour and laughter, Sandra admitted that behind the scenes, life can be lonely — especially as a female entertainer in Kenya’s entertainment industry.

“I want a husband, not situationships,” she added. “Fame is nothing if you go home to an empty house.”

“I don’t need a perfect man. I want someone with a good heart who values real love and partnership,” she said.

Neno Evangelism Centre founder and controversial preacher James Ng’ang’a has revealed an incident involving a woman who sent him an indecent photo, despite his well-known marriage to Murugi Maina.

Speaking during a church service, Ng’ang’a shared the story from the altar, warning his congregation about spiritual manipulation through lust and seduction.

“There is a woman who took a photo of her thighs and sent it to my phone,” Ng’ang’a said, as seen in a viral video shared online.

He condemned the act, not just as inappropriate, but as spiritually dangerous, stating that such images carry a demonic presence.

“When you see the thighs, what is next after that? For someone to send a photo of their thighs, they have sent you a bad spirit because you have opened the photo and seen it,” he added.

Despite being targeted, the preacher reaffirmed his loyalty to his wife, Murugi Maina, whom he married in 2012.

“I am married. I am not interested in those things,” he affirmed during the service.
