Over the next six months, they’ll grow into confident, employable, and entrepreneurial youth — ready for the future of work.

This week, they begin their journey with deep personal reflection:
What are my strengths and weaknesses?
What does the job market need?
Where do I fit in the digital economy?

It’s about more than career prep — it’s about discovering who they are and where they’re going.
