JOGOO Road, formerly known as Donholm Road, but renamed Jogoo Road after Kenya gained independence in 1963. It was once a one carriage-way corridor that was first expanded in 1963 and even later dualled to accommodate more vehicles.
It covers a distance of approximately 3 miles or 5 kilometers, stretching from Lusaka/Landhies road roundabout all the way to Outer Ring road in the Eastern part of Nairobi. The road which traverses the densely populated Nairobi’s Eastlands area is a major artery that acts as a second option of connecting to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
