Crazy World!!! Luhya man who eats raw snakes

John Wekesa Wafula, a 35-year-old man from Kitale in Trans-Nzoia County shocked residents after he was seen eating a live snake in public.

According to reports, he calmly held the long reptile with his bare hands as a crowd gathered around him in disbelief.

Witnesses said Wekesa waits until the reptile is resting after feeding, then uses two sharp sticks to pin it down, breaks its neck, and squeezes out the poison before consuming it. He repeatedly bit off pieces while the snake was still moving, chewing and swallowing without hesitation.

Onlookers watched in horror, with some screaming and others recording the shocking scene on their phones.

When asked why he was doing it, Wekesa claimed he had developed a habit of eating raw snakes noting it was delicious and tasted like any white meat adding it was the 10th snake he was devouring.

Although he did not see anything unusual about it, many people around him expressed concern over his actions.

Tension gripped Dagoretti after a 17 year old boy was stoned to death in an incident that has left residents shaken and demanding answers.

According to witnesses, the teenager had been sent to a nearby shop by his parents. He was carrying his mobile phone when he encountered two women riding on a motorcycle. The women reportedly accosted him and forcefully took his phone.

Sources at the scene say the boy attempted to pursue them in an effort to recover his device. It is alleged that the women then turned against him and began shouting that he was a thief. Their cries quickly drew the attention of members of the public.

In the confusion that followed, one person from the crowd reportedly hurled a stone at the teenager. As he fell to the ground, others joined in, pelting him with stones. Despite his pleas, the mob continued the assault until he succumbed to his injuries.

The incident has renewed concern over mob justice in the area, with residents urging authorities to investigate the circumstances that led to the killing and to hold those responsible to account. Police are yet to issue an official statement as inquiries continue.

It is alleged that these women have done this several times in the area leaving the accused men in the harm's way.
