BARINGO NORTH DESERVES BETTER! Hon. Sammy Chelanga stands out as a mature, firm and transformative leader a leader who has refused to lose touch with the people.

For too long, wananchi have raised concerns over inadequate electricity connectivity, poor roads, weak representation of their development priorities, and perceived unfairness in NG-CDF bursary distribution, while an audit query of KSh 40.3 million remains a matter demanding clear accountability and explanation.

Sammy Chelanga has stayed on the ground, listening to wananchi, amplifying their grievances and following up on issues that directly affect their lives.

Baringo needs a healthcare revolutionand Dr. Festus Kipkebut is ready to deliver it!

Dr. Festus Kipkebut, gubernatorial aspirant for Baringo County, is championing a people-first health system built on zero tolerance for corruption, sealed procurement loopholes, an independent and professional HR department, better remuneration and allowances to motivate healthcare workers, and independently managed ambulances monitored by qualified paramedics for transparency and accountability.

He promises to be a hands-on governor who listens directly to wananchi not a leader captured by cartels or financiers demanding favors at the expense of public interest.

Dr. Festus says his private-sector and international experience, including work he says contributed to healthcare transformation in Brazil and other countries, demonstrates his capacity to deliver efficient systems and protect public resources.

Baringo’s economic revolution is coming and Dr. Festus Jonah Kipkebut is the man to lead it! His vision is clear: transform Baringo from a county that sells raw materials into an economic powerhouse that creates wealth at home.

Through an agricultural revolution, value addition, and strategic partnerships with local and international investors, factories will be established to process our farm produce and natural resources into finished products creating jobs, expanding markets and dramatically growing Baringo’s own-source revenue.

Hon. Justine Chebii Kiprono, the UDA parliamentary aspirant for Baringo South, has urged President Dr. William Ruto and the UDA party leadership to reassess their political strategies and loyalty structures ahead of the 2027 General Election.

He argued that the Ol Kalou by-election exposed the need for leaders who stand with the party before, during, and after campaigns, noting that some Rift Valley leaders were quick to celebrate the outcome despite making little or no effort to mobilize support on the ground.

Chebii emphasized that UDA must reward commitment, grassroots mobilization, and genuine loyalty if it is to strengthen its support base and secure an even stronger victory in 2027.

Baringo's economic revival is possible, and Dr. Festus Jonah Kipkebut is ready to deliver it! His administration will shut down corruption loopholes that have denied the county growth and channel every shilling into transformative development.

By investing in efficient healthcare, modern roads, tourism, and agricultural value addition, while attracting investors to establish factories that process our local produce, Baringo will generate over KSh 2 billion annually in own-source revenue, create thousands of jobs, empower farmers and youth, and keep wealth within the county.
