With great joy, we welcomed His Eminence Michael Cardinal Czerny, S.J., Prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, upon his arrival in Kenya for the 21st AMECEA Plenary Assembly.

He is accompanied by Rev. Fr. Dumisani Vilakati and Msgr. Joseph Xavier Raj Savarimuthu as they begin their participation in this important gathering of the Catholic Church in Eastern Africa.

The 21st AMECEA Plenary Assembly brings together bishops, clergy, religious, and lay faithful to reflect, pray, and strengthen the Church's mission of evangelization, justice, peace, and integral human development across the region.

We warmly welcome our distinguished guests and pray for a fruitful and Spirit-filled assembly.
