For years, I held space both in person and online.
But behind the scenes, something deeper was unfolding. A knowing that it was time to evolve.
To return to the elements that live at the core of everything I offer:

Hello, beautiful Sole community ✨ Happy Friday! I can’t help but to feel so excited, empowered and inspired with renewal and refreshed energy! ☀️ Between the shift into the Spring season, the upcoming New Moon on Monday and other planetary + energetic shifts occurring, combined with the last few months of deep inward reflection, I am very excited to announce some NEW things I will be bringing to the world this Summer!

The first is an entirely new BRAND!

‘Sole Wellness’ holds a special place in my heart and the hearts of so many. I am deeply grateful for the memories and experiences it has gifted so many of. It’s a time in my life that will never be forgotten.

This shift in name / branding holds an entirely new, elevated and expansive frequency ✨ Encompassing my eclectic spirit and range of spiritual and holistic modalities I offer.

This doesn’t feel like an ending at all. In fact, it’s like that bittersweet moment when our babies we love dearly make their way off to college. There’s a mix of emotions for what was — layered with a whole new set of emotions and enjoyment as they mature and develop lives of their own.

Happy Mother's Day

Hello beautiful soul community,

This morning is something special. The Full Moon in Scorpio reached its peak just a few moments ago at 9:30am EST, while the morning sun in Ta**us rises to meet us with warmth and steadiness and Earth holds us right in the middle. It’s a rare kind of balance—between light and shadow, grounding and release.

And as we welcome in this moment, we also celebrate Mother’s Day—a time to honor the women who came before us, the mothers we’ve become, and the many ways we give, nurture, and grow.

As women and mothers, we carry a quiet wisdom in our hearts and in our bodies—a knowing that runs deeper than words.

This moon invites us to root down and rise up—to release what’s heavy, old, or unspoken from our inner world (Scorpio), and anchor into the beauty, pleasure, and simplicity of being here now (Ta**us).

Whether today is joyful, complicated, or quiet… this is your reminder to slow down.
To touch the Earth with bare feet.
To breathe in the light of the Sun.
To let the Moon hold what you’re ready to release.

This is not a time to perform or perfect.
It’s a time to remember.
To be present.
To return home to yourself.
To be nurtured and cared for by those around you or the cosmic energy itself.
To feel held—by the earth beneath us, the moon above us, and the light all around us.

Nothing makes me happier than bringing nature into my home 🏡🪴💚 Spent the day picking out some of the sad plants in the big box stores and bringing them home to rehab 🪴☀️

Plants clean the air, brighten the energy and ground the environment they’re in.

How did you spend your Earth Day? 🌱 🌎

I spent today connecting to the Earth in as many ways possible. Started our seeding for the year, spent time healing bare feet in the grass, bare skin in the sun and enjoying the abundant blessings of nature.

Had a few visitors as well 🪶🐝🕊️🪴

Halotherapy Solutions celebrates their 10 year Anniversary today and I still meet new people every week who have no idea what or is! ✨ I am missing the powerful energy and healing benefits our salt room provided over the years and I am very excited to say we are this much closer to our next adventure together!

I’ll be back at my favorite EXPO of the year this weekend! 💜Heart of Oneness Holistic Expo
in Edison NJ, Friday to Sunday

I’ll be focusing on topical, non invasive, zero ingredient holistic healing with and patches! PLUS a fun crystal and essential oil station.

I will not be doing readings on site BUT I WILL have an expo reading option for anybody who schedules with me while there 💜

Thousands and thousands of spiritual and holistic practitioners, healers, Intuitives, crystals and tons of creative art. Incredible speakers, healing sessions and such a high vibration all weekend long 💖

Hello beautiful Sole Wellness community,

I want to take a moment to share an update with you about Sole Wellness Studio’s next chapter. I know many of you have been waiting patiently for news on a new location, and I deeply appreciate your support and trust in this journey.

As you know, I’ve been searching for the perfect space to continue offering in-person healing, but due to unexpected circumstances and a medical situation that has come up in my immediate family, I need to pause that search for now.

While this was not an easy decision, I know in my heart it is the right one. Healing work is about presence and alignment, and right now, my presence and focus must be as a Mom first as we navigate upcoming appointments, tests, etc.

While I may not have the ability to manage a full time physical studio at this moment, I also know that many of you have been waiting on my return in order to continue your own healing journey, and I want you to know that I am still here for you.

I am available for pop-up style events, private group gatherings, and 1:1 virtual sessions so we can continue this important work together. If you're interested in hosting a private session or event, please reach out, and if you'd like to book a virtual session, you can do so below.

Some services that will need to be paused for now include:
- Salt therapy sessions
- Red light therapy sessions
- Mind body coherence sessions
- Regular ear seed sessions

Services available virtually:
- Private Readings
- Intuitive Energy Therapy Sessions
- Breath + Meditation

Pop up style and group events:
- At your place of business
(corporate wellness or guest appearances)

- Expo/Vendor booths
(Readings, ear seeds, patch technology)

- Private party or group gatherings
(Retreats, Corporate Wellness, Birthdays, Showers, etc)

- Speaking or Facilitating engagements

I want to take a moment to thank you for your patience, understanding, and the love so many of you have shown me. This journey is unfolding in divine timing, not mine, and I trust that when the right time and space aligns, it will be even more powerful than before.
