Faces of season 3

24/08/2026

During the annual Circular Economy Conference, our co-founder highlighted what Eco Fashion Week Africa represents.

Eco Fashion Week Africa is not here to compete with other fashion weeks, we see an opportunity to collaborate in order to make fashion more inclusive and fight textile waste.
We are here to show that positive change is possible if you make it inclusive, easily accessible, and relatable.

As we approach our fourth season, we are grateful for every environmental organization and every partner that is shaping this next chapter.

, we have said YES 🙌🏾
We are coming to Watamu because it is a global coastal destination for culture, hospitality and new creative possibilities, but also a place where environmental responsibility is visible in action.

Watamu is home to an active conservation community, with organisations working every day across marine protection, coastal conservation, waste management, recycling and environmental education. That makes it a meaningful setting for a season centred on circular fashion and the relationship between what we create, what we consume and the environments we leave behind.

Eco Fashion Week Africa Season 4 begins in Nairobi before moving to Watamu for a coastal clean-up and our season-closing runway experience.

We would like to thank our partners for helping make this next chapter possible.

Beauty is every story that deserves to be seen.

Eco Fashion Week Africa season 3 challenged textile waste, overproduction, and the narrow beauty standards that have led fashion spaces for too long. But the impact of the runway was not only in the garments was also in the faces, bodies, stories, and spirits of the people who wore them.

With the support of Lintons Beauty World , Lintonsspaandhairstudio , Lintons Academy , and Ruby Kisses Ruby Kisses Distributor Kenya our backstage experience became part of the message.

They helped our models feel prepared, cared for, confident, and celebrated before they stepped into the light. Each model arrived with their own story, skin tone, hair texture, personality, and journey. The beauty team did not erase those differences. They helped honour them.

Thank you to the Lintons and Ruby Kisses Kenya teams for helping us create a runway experience that felt intentional, human, and aligned with our mission.

Fashion is at its most powerful when it reflects the world we actually live in.

At Eco Fashion Week Africa, we believe every person deserves to be seen, celebrated, and represented. Sustainable fashion is not only about the materials we use. It is also about creating space for diverse voices, bodies, abilities, and stories.

This moment from our No New Clothes Runway reminds us why inclusive runways matter. They challenge outdated standards, inspire designers to think differently, and show future generations that fashion belongs to everyone.

As we prepare for Eco Fashion Week Africa Season 4 in November 2026, we are looking to partner with organizations, brands, institutions, media houses, and individuals who believe in a fashion industry that is more inclusive, creative, and sustainable.

Together, we can amplify African talent, celebrate representation, and continue building a platform where fashion creates meaningful impact.

If your organization would like to collaborate, sponsor, support, or partner with us, we would love to hear from you.
