Only Real Madrid (five) and Barcelona (four) have reached the FIFA Club World Cup final more times than Chelsea (three).
Chelsea have won our past five international finals (excluding Super Cups) since 2013, including a 4-1 victory over Real Betis in this year’s UEFA Conference League. Our last loss in such a match was a 1-0 defeat to Corinthians in the 2012 Club World Cup.
Chelsea’s last 10 goals in this year’s competition (excluding own goals) have been scored by nine different players.
The Blues are seeking our 41st win of the season, which would make it our third-highest number of wins in a single campaign, following the 2004/05 and 2006/07 seasons (both with 42 wins).
Pedro Neto is Chelsea’s all-time top scorer at the Club World Cup (3).
Chelsea have won 13 of the past 15 matches in all competitions, PSG have won 10 of their past 11 matches across all competitions.
PSG faced English teams eight times in the Champions League this season, losing to Arsenal (2-0), beating Manchester City (4-2) in the league stage, and eliminating Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal in the knockout stages.
Luis Enrique has not managed or played against Chelsea before.

Joao Pedro is the first Chelsea player to score two goals across his first two appearances for the club since Diego Costa in August 2014 and the first to score two goals in his first start for the Blues since Michy Batshuayi against Bristol Rovers in the League Cup in August 2016.
Joao Pedro: “Most players in this Chelsea squad are young, but I believe we’re going to click over time because there’s so much talent here. Enzo, for example, has already won major honours in his career at such a young age. I still think there’s so much more to come from this Chelsea team.”
