This Hato signing is a perfect fit for us stylistically.

He offers us good cover for Cucurella at left back but he also has the ability to play as a center back. I could imagine starting some games alongside Colwill next season.

Chelsea are Champions of the World, again. We’ve completed football once more. They’ll have to make another competition to stop us. No one can chat to us again. Chelsea as underdogs are unstoppable. Two trophies and top 4 in one season. We are back. 14 wins in our last 16 games.

Absolutely incredible performance and a masterclass from Enzo Maresca. Tactically outwitted Enrique. Robert Sanchez will be drug tested after this game. Gusto outshone Hakimi and Mendes. Can’t fault anyone today. This will take a while to sink in.

We are the Champions of the World. Can’t believe it. So proud of this team. After all the suffering in recent seasons, Chelsea fans deserve this. The people that thought Chelsea were going to liquidate, hold that.

This is just the start for this young team. Who said you can’t win anything with kids? Chelsea mean business again. Premier League watch out. Wow. The players and coaching stuff get a well deserved holiday now.

Chelsea have won our past five international finals (excluding Super Cups) since 2013, including a 4-1 victory over Real Betis in this year’s UEFA Conference League. Our last loss in such a match was a 1-0 defeat to Corinthians in the 2012 Club World Cup.

Joao Pedro, you are special. Played 60 minutes but what an impact. He haunts the club where it all started for him.

We are through to the Club World Cup Final and will face Real Madrid or PSG. Another major final for this amazing club. We beat another team, that were unbeaten before they played us. Our young team did well against experience. Another £22m in the bank.

A brilliant Joao Pedro, curling strike, from outside the box put us ahead. Good work from Neto in the buildup. Cucurella made a crucial intervention to keep us ahead, after more dodgy goalkeeping from Sanchez.

Joao Pedro scored again to get his brace with another top finish, in off the bar. Fernandez added another assist to his tally. Thiago Silva denied Nkunku, with a typical Thiago clearance off the line. Jackson could have assisted Palmer for the third but he shot and Cole was fuming at him, kicking the post in anger.

We move onto the final on Sunday. This team and manager are growing so much. Good to get a clean sheet. One game away from being Champions of the World. Love you Thiago. Still class and stopped it being more. Caicedo is the main concern, going off at the end. We need him for the final.
