NUTRISUPA is a natural health and wellness brand focusing on body fuel products.
Am all about transformation, my mission is to transform healthcare through nutrition.
THE BIGGER THE CHALLENGE THE GREATER THE TESTIMONY.
Below is my brand story, please read and understand the power of NATURE! NTRITION! FOOD! HEALING!
In most grand stories there is always a misery origin.

NUTRISUPA began as a quest for cure, quest for healing, quest for a healthy baby.2018 was a challenging year for Nutrisupa founder, My 7 month’s old baby was diagnosed with a chronic congenital heart condition which was very severe and complicated. 3 Quality Hospitals in Kenya could not handle the surgery, the condition required higher expertise, the baby was referred to India for Open heart surgery.
It was not a easy process, Mentally, Emotionally and Financially, I was facing financial challenges in 2018, I was drained by hospital bills, it was my rock bottom year. I conquered the challenges, made all efforts to travel to India for my child’s surgery and treatment. My child underwent Open Heart Surgery, ICU, HDU, Recovery Ward and Post Discharge Care, we stayed in hospital for almost 2 months.
Before departure back to our country Kenya, a Senior Cardiologist at Fortis Es**rt Heart Institute, Delhi India called me separately for a conversation. She mentioned that my baby health was compromised, she had a number of health issues and I should be ready financially, be available for fulltime baby care and be ready to visit hospitals every week because of the anticipated health challenges. I was traumatized and heart broken, been in India for almost 2 months, I thought my child’s health complications were resolved, I gathered courage and next action was to seek solutions for my child’s health.

I got back to Kenya financially and emotionally broke. My mind was fulltime revolving on my child’s health, I began to research on natural cure, rather than hospital cure, I was concerned my child was going to consume too much chemicals at a young age, I focused on natural solutions.

Google was very useful for researching and learning, I learnt a lot about nutrients, natural healing, super foods that cure and prevent diseases. I began by buying consumption quantities of chia seeds and baobab powder, after 2 months of use I discovered that the products were useful, my childs health was improving. I thought why not explore further, do further research and initiate a business, to boost other people’s health through organic nutrition products ,share and educate on nutrition content and NUTRISUPA was born.
My Child is a NUTRISUPA testimony, I did not quit employment immediately, I required the financial and career growth back then. Have never rushed to hospital because of my child’s illness, she is stable, very healthy, quickly thrived and has gained growth milestones like any other child.

Through Quest, Research and Determination, NUTRISUPA was born! Its transforming healthcare through nutrition. My vision is to have Happy, Positive and Thriving communities in the Globe driven by the right body fuels.
After the open heart surgery in 2018, my daughter went through rigorous physiotherapy for muscle build up to gain mobility in 2019 and a lot of health chekups. She underwent a second minor surgery in 2021,of adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy (2 surgery below 4 years),she goes through a series of checkups annually to monitor on her status,every year she visits a Cardiologist,ENT,Physiotherapist,Opthamologist,Gastrologist,Dentist,Pedetrician and a few blood tests. This are normal check ups, she is in good state, the pediatric specialists check ups are important to ensure that body organs are growing and operating in the right state as the child is achieving her development milestones.
Food has been our main medicine and indeed through adversity God inspired mum to be a food doctor, a healthpreneur www.nutrisupafoods.com. My daughter Cindy has thrived well like any other kid despite the health challenges, we have conquered the health challenges, through nutrition, parental care ,doctors care and most importantly God’s care.

Poisoning Our Daily Bread
Kenya’s staple crops — maize, wheat, coffee, potatoes, and tomatoes — are the most heavily contaminated:
• 89% of pesticides used on tomatoes are HHPs.
• 84% of pesticides on potatoes are HHPs.
• 83% of pesticides on maize are HHPs.
• 79% of pesticides on wheat are HHPs.
• 72% of pesticides on coffee are HHPs.
These toxic chemicals are not minor players. They dominate the production of the very food Kenyans eat every day.

Killer Chemicals in Every Harvest
Among the most dangerous substances saturating Kenyan farms are:
• Glyphosate – Classified as “probably carcinogenic” by WHO.
• Chlorpyrifos – Linked to brain damage in children.
• Mancozeb – Associated with cancer and reproductive toxicity.
• Paraquat – So toxic it’s banned in over 30 countries.
• Imidacloprid – A neonicotinoid blamed for mass bee deaths worldwide.
All these are extensively used in Kenya — and all are already banned in Europe.
Even worse, the report found deadly residues in food sold in Kenyan markets:
• In Kirinyaga County, acephate, a powerful endocrine disruptor and possible carcinogen, was found in tomatoes at levels exceeding safe limits.

Corporate Giants Fuel the Crisis
The report names the culprits fueling this toxic tidal wave:
• Syngenta, Bayer AG, Corteva Agriscience, and UPL Limited dominate the market, selling pesticides that are 68% to 95% HHPs by volume.
Kenyan farmers spent $72.7 million on pesticides in 2020 — yet the safer alternative, biopesticides, made up only 2% of the market.
Even more damning: Kenyan farmers are economically trapped into buying toxic pesticides because they are cheaper per hectare than safer biopesticides — hiding the true social and environmental costs.

Its been an amazing journey
🖊️Have listened and connected with Women and Men of GOD "Online". I plan to outgrow this to physical connection.
🖊️Have read two spiritual books ,never in my life did ever think i would read a spiritual book to completion.
🖊️Have learned how to pray
🖊️Prayer has become my lifestyle
🖊️God has communicated to me through dreams
🖊️God had directly communicated to me
🖊️God has shown me visions

🖊️On the darker side - Have also seen demons.....Yeah. Have seen demons, coming to attack me,(and demons are very normal people, well dressed, who come to attack nd pull you to the devil), devil has not been happy with my connection with the Lord.
🖊️This year have been involved in two car road accidents...yeah, its been tough. Devil has not been happy ,and he has made efforts to get rid of me through accidents. By August of this year, God had already communicated, that the devil, is attacking me through accidents. He has not won and will never win in the name of Jesus. He is a total failure, totally defeated...Hallelujah.
🖊️Have been reading the bible ,step by step, chapter by chapter, verse by verse. I initiated reading the bible gradually in June 2024,from Genesis have read every page till 2 Chronicles.

THIS IS A DIVINE ORDER story.
Its about time to put a name into the business NUTRISUPA
In the last 3 years Grace Nzioka has been known for personal growth stories and content.
Some call me lecturer, coach, author, motivational speaker. I appreciate and accept all names which are very related to my purpose on this earth.

My personal brand has been linked to the Education Niche Poise Institute, which aligns with my passion and purpose on this earth.
Simultaneously have also been running Nutrisupa Naturals since 2019.

Have been running the business as a separate entity, separate social media page, I occasionally post about NUTRISUPAproducts using my personal account.
Have made effort to avoid confusion. Today posting about personal growth , rewiring mindsets, personal growth and next day am posting about nutrition and herbs.....
I realigned clarity, GOD communicated the vision and the two missions can not be separated. The two companies NUTRISUPA institute share the same vision and mission as well, which revolves in human growth, fueling minds and body’s, mission revolving around the BODY, MIND & SPIRIT.

In 2024 one of my main goals was spiritual growth, I dedicated time to connect with God, learn about God, the kingdom, heavenly realm, earth realm, kingdom principles, basically building my spiritual intelligence ….you can watch the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHUpwZL7Tm0&t=1339s

In the process of my dedication to learn and connect with God, he came at a very fast wave, very fast speed, at some point I was afraid and wondered, what mission does God have in plan for my future.
This is a heads up….in future do not be surprised, when you hear Pastor Grace Nzioka.
God began communicating to me through dreams, visions, mental talks and by end of July 2024, he clearly communicated that “YOU ARE NOT GOING BACK TO CORPRATE WORK, CONCENTRATE ON YOUR NUTRITION and EDUATION BUSINESS”.
God clearly outlined the vision in 10 years and the main goal to be achieved, which revolves around the BODY, MIND & SPIRIT.
THIS WAS A DIVINE ORDER.

Uuuuh……I had to respect, with total obedience.
By end of the month JULY 2024, the month of divine order, I dedicated to concentrate and give focus to both businesses NUTRISUPA and Poise Institute
Since I quit corporate employment in January 2022,I had concentrated more on one business Poise Institute
After I initiated NUTRISUPA in 2019, the business ran as a side hustle successfully for 18 months and by April 2020, I got super busy in employment, I was multitasking jobs in two companies, I was a young mum and my daughter's health was at stake, recovering from the tragic open heart surgery.
It got super hectic, I did not have time for the business, not even to respond to a customer WhatsApp text , I eventually put on hold the business for almost 3 years.

After I quit employment, I had time to revive and concentrate on the business, honestly It was not in my list of passion, I regarded myself and I still regard myself as highly learned person and I used question GOD.
YOU MEAN WITH MY LEVEL OF EDUCATION, YOU WANT ME TO BE PACKING HERBS and SELL TO PEOPLE, YOU BETTER GET SERIOUS GOD, lead me to the right direction of my life. Lead me to the right business.
In July 2024 ,GOD ordered and I respected.
By September 2024,I opened the first Nutrisupa Naturals physical shop.
Previously I had been reluctantly selling online ,I had rented shelf space in Nairobi CBD.The shelf space is still open...
I dedicated to concentrate on the business, do product research, testing, learn more on NATURE, HEBALISM, NATURAL HEALING, SPIRITUALITY, PLANTS, EARTHING……
I revived the business with about 50 different product categories.
As I share this story, I have doubled the product categories, I sell over 120 different products. Superfoods, Herbs, Spices, Organic Teas, Nuts, Oils, Flours.
I dedicated time to concentrate on product design, production, packaging and distribution.
And….Yes NUTRISUPA was strategically revived in September 2024, it is actively running as per God’s divine order, we have been feeding people with nutrient packed foods, healing people and nurturing health. We sell happiness and positivity too…..that the beauty of been revolved around nature, you circulate on high frequency waves, positive thriving energy.
Have received amazing testimonies of healed and healthy customers and am grateful.
This is my joy, my energy, my drive. Absolutely aligning to my vision.
