Blow to Rigathi Gachagua as his last hope, Dr. Daniel Gikonyo (his personal Doctor), while appearing before the Milimani Law Courts earlier today put the last nail in his impeachment case.

1. First, he told the court that he did not know why Rigathi Gachagua brought him to the Milimani Law Courts.

2. He then started contradicting himself on the exact time Rigathi Gachagua was admitted to Karen Hospital on the day of his impeachment.

3. He also said that he saw no need to attach other crucial medical reports, echocardiogram graphs and follow-up records to his affidavit, claiming they were not required or important to the ongoing case.

4. His discharge summary which was prepared by a medical Intern, according to his affidavit, indicates that Rigathi Gachagua was discharged on 20th November 2024, which was 34 days after he was released from hospital.

We now leave the matter for the Court to have their final say.

It's only a few hours before the disipii realised that there is a difference between composing sweet melody campaign songs and mobilising people to vote for your visionary leader.
