No government in this country has had more Cabinet meetings and retreats than Ruto's. One would expect that these meetings and retreats would materialize to something meaningful for the country only for them to end up being tea and photo ops parties.

What do they discuss in these meetings since nothing seems to be moving in the right direction with this administration?
