🇵🇦⚖️ NO MORE RAISING A CHILD THAT ISN'T YOURS: PANAMA APPROVES LAW THAT WILL JAIL MOTHERS WHO LIE ABOUT PATERNITY

Panama’s National Assembly has approved a controversial bill that would jail women who knowingly lie about a child’s biological father.

Under Bill 510, anyone who deliberately deceives a man into recognizing and financially supporting a child that is not biologically his could face 2 to 5 years in prison plus fines.

The punishment could become even harsher if:
• The deception lasts more than 5 years
• Multiple children are involved
• The person gains repeated financial benefits from the fraud

The proposed law would also:
🧬 Make DNA testing mandatory in such cases
💰 Allow men to recover money spent from the real biological father if he knew the truth
🛡️ Protect the child’s right to state support even after a fraud ruling

The bill now heads to President José Raúl Mulino, who will decide whether to sign it into law or veto it.

Supporters say the law protects men from emotional and financial exploitation, while critics argue turning family disputes into criminal cases could ultimately harm children.

TikToker Afande Denno has found himself at the center of online discussion after a dramatic livestream allegedly ended in chaos and confrontation inside a house he had visited.

According to Denno, he had reportedly gone to treat three young mothers to supper and was cooking while streaming the session live on TikTok. However, things allegedly took a sudden turn after two Somali ladies interrupted the livestream, leading to a heated confrontation that unfolded live on camera.

Videos now circulating online appear to show Denno being physically attacked during the incident, sparking mixed reactions across social media.

Denno later claimed that a man identified as “Kulo” also joined the altercation and that several of his personal belongings went missing in the confusion.
