What an incredible finish to the KU Open Tournament Easter Hockey Tournament! 🏆🏑
Today we wrap up a weekend of intense competition, skill, and unwavering sportsmanship. A massive congratulations to our newly crowned champions Blazers Hockey Club for their hard-earned victory, and a huge shout-out to the runners-up who pushed them to the very last whistle.
But the real win is the community that showed up. To the players who gave their all on the field, the coaches/Tms who led with passion, the KHUA officials who kept the game fair, and every single fan who cheered from the sidelines—thank you. You are the heartbeat of KU Open Tournament l.
As we head off the pitch and look toward the rest of the season, let’s carry this energy and unity forward.

📍 We are incredibly proud to see His Excellency Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir flag off the regional hockey champions in St Charles Lwanga Airforce Blues Hockey team as he sat with the Coast League Trophy won by the Girls team in the just concluded Coast League.
These talented young girls and boys are set to represent Mombasa County in the upcoming National Games to be held in Kisumu City. When the system supports its youth, the whole community moves forward.
🚀 Join us in wishing St. Charles Lwanga Girls and Boys safe travels and the best of luck in Kisumu!
