Parineet explains that she is not doing this for Sanju, but for Neeti. She says the Bajwa family considers Neeti their daughter-in-law, and Neeti is not at fault in this situation. Gurpreet sadly replies that nobody in that house cares about Parineet’s happiness. According to her, everyone only wants an heir for the family.

Parineet pleads with her mother not to leave, but Gurpreet remains firm in her decision. Before leaving, she tells Parineet that she can always return home whenever she feels unhappy there. Unknown to them, Bebe and Sukhwinder overhear their entire conversation.

Meanwhile, Parineet emotionally tells Parminder that Gurpreet is adamant about going back and requests her to convince her to stay.

Parminder gently explains that as a mother, Gurpreet’s pain is natural. A mother can never tolerate seeing her daughter suffer. She reminds Parineet how hurt she herself felt after learning the truth about Sanju. Parminder says Gurpreet’s decision is understandable, leaving Parineet emotional.
