[New Release Alert]

With the support from Goethe-Institut Nairobi, we are happy to announce that Zanzibar, the lead single from our newest EP, Mchuzi mix, is out today!

Zanzibar features Robbe, Labdi Ommes and ChrisMec Tshongo from Congo DRC and is available on all streaming platforms.

And because like us, our friend - and long-time collaborator Jobissa - is so excited about this whole project, we will celebrate this first release by throwing in two of his remixes of the lead single too!

About Zanzibar:

Zanzibar is a song inspired by the charm of the East African beautiful island of Zanzibar. From the smile of its people, to delicious seafood, the aroma of the spices in its streets, and white sandy beaches.

About the EP:

“Mchuzi mix” is a Swahili-English expression for “mixed sources”. The idea of the EP is to pack different flavors of music and rhythms in one EP, with the backdrop of Afro electro style. It is a continuation of Ngalah Oreyo's Color clash project, keeping up with the trend while staying true to the origins of our sounds and rhythms.

The full EP will be dropping on 5 May.

Tuthii ft Ayrosh is out on Youtube.Tuthii, loosely translates to "Let's go" in Kikuyu language.

In this Covid period, sometimes you just want to get up and go.
Drive to a place your heart, body and soul will be content.
Its a Color Clash between different worlds: whilst Ayrosh sings mostly in Kikuyu with his Folk fusion style, the beats and rhythm are borrowed from the Luo Ohangla music using synths, hence creating Electronic Ohangla, perfect for easy listening.
