UMBILICAL CORD TRUTH

They cut those cords KNOWING they are jam-packed full of stem cells!

Then they try to sell those stem cells back.

We are not meant to cut and clamp umbilical cords. Cord circulation continues for 30+ minutes after birth meaning for over 30 minutes, stem cells, blood, and vital nutrients are meant to be pumping into the baby.

When the cord is clamped right away, the child usually gasps for air because they are receiving oxygen from the cord.

This is why babies can be born underwater and not drown, as they don't need to use their lungs right away.

Letting the cord detach on its own, like all animals in the wild, allows for maximum stem cell and blood transfusion to the baby, leading to healthier, more developed babies.

Well, when a child is conceived, the DNA split is 50/50 from both parents. Except for one small detail: mitochondrial DNA. It’s passed down only through the mother and never through s***m. Which means something interesting: all living humans can trace their mitochondrial line back to one woman, not one man.
And every daughter born continues passing that same line forward.

Happy Women’s Day 💐

A 65-year-old woman has a heart attack and is rushed to the hospital.

While in the ICU, she has a near-death experience, where she sees God.

"Oh. My. God. Is my time up?"

"No, you have another 33 years, 2 months and 8 days to live."

So the woman recovers and contemplates her experience. She figures that since she has so much more time left to live, she might as well go all out and make the most of it.

So she decides to stay in the hospital and have a complete makeover...the works: face-lift, tummy-tuck, liposuction, breast implants. She even has someone come in to bleach her teeth, color her hair and give her a new hair style.

After the last procedure, she's released from the hospital, but while crossing the street, she's struck by an ambulance and killed.

Arriving in front of God, she yells, “WTF? You told me that I had another 33+ years!!”

God replies, "Sorry, I didn't recognize you."

During pregnancy, a small number of the baby's cells naturally pass through the placenta and enter the mother's blood circulation. This phenomenon, called fetal microchimerism, allows tiny groups of these fetal cells to settle in the mother's body and persist there for decades following childbirth.

What makes this particularly fascinating is that many of these fetal cells function similarly to stem cells. They can travel throughout the body, integrate into various tissues, and, in certain instances, respond to sites of injury.

Studies conducted over the last twenty years have detected fetal cells in areas undergoing repair, such as healing heart muscle, regenerating skin, recovering liver tissue, and other organs involved in regeneration. Some of these cells seem able to differentiate into the specific cell types required for repair—for example, becoming cardiac muscle cells, liver cells, or immune cells. Others may play a supportive role by secreting substances that promote tissue healing and dampen inflammation.

While their effects are not entirely predictable, fetal cells are repeatedly found in tissues actively engaged in repair.

Your mitochondria control your skin health.

Poor mitochondrial function = acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and premature aging.

Optimal mitochondrial function = anti-aging, tanned, minimal wrinkles, and that glow people chase with topicals.

Each cell found within the layers of the skin relies on mitochondrial function:

Melanocytes → melanin:
-Melanin production is energy and oxygen-dependent. Mitochondria supply the ATP and redox signals that drive melanogenesis.
-When mitochondrial function is compromised, melanocytes don't build melanin, and depigmentation risk increases.

Keratinocytes → skin barrier:
-Keratinocyte growth/differentiation, calcium signalling, and barrier formation all rely on healthy mitochondria.
-Dysfunction = poor healing, barrier breakdown, and inflammation.

Fibroblasts → collagen and structure:
-Collagen, elastin, and ECM synthesis are ATP-dependent processes.
-Mitochondria fuel fibroblast proliferation, wound repair, and connective tissue integrity.
-Dysfunction = inflammation, wrinkles/fine-lines, poor cell-to-cell communication

Sebocytes → sebum balance:
-Sebum production and fatty acid metabolism is bioenergetically regulated.
-Mitochondrial dysfunction alters lipid synthesis, redox balance, and inflammatory signalling in sebocytes = → excess/altered sebum, clogged pores, acne, and skin inflammation.

Langerhans cells → immune function:
-Langerhans cells are the main immune cells of the epidermis.
-Mitochondria help regulate antigen processing, migration, and pro/anti-inflammatory cytokine signalling/balance.
-Dysfunction = impaired immune function, exaggerated immune/inflammatory responses, eczema, psoriasis, and autoimmune-driven skin diseases.

You fix your mitochondria by:
-Minimizing your stressors (eg., nnEMFs, blue light, toxins, psychological)
-Micronutrient saturation (Mitochondrial = B vitamins, electrolytes, iron, sulfur, copper, CoQ10, amino acids, etc.)
-Supporting redox (grounding, sunlight, vitamin C/E, glutathione, melatonin, B2/B3, glucose)
-Optimize gut health (elimination diet, gut support herbs/supps, etc.)
-Enhance oxygenation (CO2 retention breathwork, infrared light, micronutrients, lowering stress)
-And anything else in between that's catered to you specifically.

Your body is running TWO operating systems at the same time… and you never notice.

One keeps you alive when you’re calm.
The other keeps you alive when you’re in danger.
And they’re constantly switching control behind the scenes, every second of your life.

This chart reveals the entire autonomic nervous system on one page:
• The parasympathetic system (rest, digest, recover)
• The sympathetic system (fight, flight, focus)

If you’ve ever wondered why stress wrecks digestion, why panic spikes your heart rate, why your mouth dries up, or why deep breathing instantly calms you, it’s because these two systems are battling for control of the same organs.

Here are a few details hidden in the diagram:
🔹 One nerve (the vagus) influences your heart, lungs, gut, liver, pancreas, and more.
🔹 Your pupils dilate and your stomach shuts down the moment your brain senses threat.
🔹 Stress reroutes blood from digestion to your muscles in seconds.
🔹 Your body can literally flip between “build/repair” mode and “survive now” mode automatically.

Most people never see how all these pathways connect, but once you do, the effects of stress, sleep, anxiety, posture, breathwork, and exercise make a lot more sense.

If you want a single picture that explains why your mind and body feel dramatically different under stress vs. calm… this is it.

A U.S. high school student has made headlines by showing that oregano oil can outperform amoxicillin in killing bacteria — with just one drop wiping out 100% of the test sample! 🔬

Researchers link its power to compounds like carvacrol and thymol, which attack bacterial cell walls and disrupt DNA, making survival nearly impossible. Even more exciting, studies suggest oregano oil could boost antibiotic effectiveness, offering hope against drug-resistant superbugs. 🦠⚡

Experts, however, emphasize the need for more clinical trials before it can replace conventional medicine.
