KAMPALA: The chief of defense forces Gen. Muhoozi has congratulated the security teams for making 2026 general elections a success. He congratulated all winners and asked the losers to join the government in nation building.

He has urged Ugandans to now focus on their businesses to better their lifes, he also urged the youths who are pushing him to take the presidential mantle next year after his father to hold their horses.

He said he's not interested in politics and plans to retire as the CDF and focus on his multimillion paultry farming in his rural home.

UGANDA: President Museveni thanks giving service at his Rwakitura farm after winning presidential elections.

He said he has forgiven those who wronged him and again asked for forgiveness from those whom he might have offended in one way or another during the campaign period.

He finally welcomed all Ugandans to his swearing in ceremony coming up next week. He added that even Bobi wine is free to attend his swearing in event provided he maintains peace and decorum.

Nakuru and Eldoret will have to only enjoy the Mau summit Rironi superhighway until a time in future when the route will be economically viable.

UGANDA: President elect Yoweri Museveni has received good news from Uganda Electoral Commission while looking after his cattle in his rural home.

Museveni has told the media that Ugandans love him so much and that's why they voted for him overwhelmingly.

However Museveni said that this is his last term in office and will never vie again. He added that he misses looking after his cattle after a rigorous campaign period.

He finally thanked all Ugandans for voting in peace and electing him for the 7th term

JUST IN: The UgandaEC has released the sixth provisional results for the presidential election.

So far, 10,634,084 valid votes have been counted from 47,599 polling stations, with Yoweri Museveni maintaining a strong lead with 7,346,778 which translates to 71.88%.
