In Chesumei, Area MP Hon. Polo Paul Biego, also known as “Atinye Kibaroinik ak Mwanik,” went from riding in luxury cars to walking on his own roads after his so-called “annually maintained” road turned out to be nothing more than a muddy mess.

His motorcade got stuck, forcing him to walk to a function in Sironoi the same place where he claims to be improving roads.

Locals were shocked to see their MP face the same broken roads he supposedly fixes, a plot twist even Netflix would find hard to believe.

Rest in Power, Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga

Kenya bows its head today, not only in sorrow but in deep gratitude.
We mourn a man whose name became synonymous with courage, justice, and the unyielding quest for freedom.

Raila Odinga was more than a leader — he was the heartbeat of a people’s struggle, the voice that refused to be silenced, and the light that guided Kenya through its darkest hours. His life was a testament to resilience, faith, and unwavering love for his country.

Through years of sacrifice and service, he showed us that true leadership means standing firm for truth — even when the cost is high. He dreamed of a Kenya where every child, no matter their background, could walk tall in equality and hope.

As we lay him to rest, we do not say goodbye to his ideals. His dream still breathes in the hearts of millions, in the streets he walked, and in the history he helped shape.

Farewell, Baba — the son of the soil, the people’s servant, the eternal reformer.
Your body may rest, but your spirit will forever lead Kenya toward the promise you never stopped believing in.

We believed in you. We honored you. We woke up early and stood in long lines to vote because of the promises you made. You assured us that development wouldn't wait for government funding that you'd step in with your own resources as we waited for the national allocation.

You said you had fuel, machines, and enough operators ready to work. You even went to our elders, seeking their blessings, convincing everyone that you were ready to serve.

But now, it’s clear you were simply playing politics. You’ve ignored our cries, turned your back on the people who trusted you. Chesumei deserves better than this. Mang’etuu chitoo.

Mosoriot Township – A Clear Sign of Neglect
This is what residents have to deal with in Mosoriot: flooded pathways, poor drainage and a total lack of action from the area MP. Despite countless cries from the community, nothing has been done to fix these conditions.

Leadership is about service not silence. Hon. Polo Biego has failed to address even the most basic needs of the people. This level of neglect is unacceptable and shameful.

We strongly condemn the continued poor leadership in Chesumei. The people deserve better leaders who act, not just talk.

Mosoriot Township – Reality on the Ground
Hon. Polo Biego promised that roadworks would be completed “soon,” yet over a year later, this is what we’re still looking at. Loose stones, half-done construction and zero progress. Meanwhile, the MP cruises around in a fleet of vehicles, completely ignoring the suffering and concerns of the very people who elected him.

This is a shameful display of failed leadership. The people of Chesumei deserve development, not empty words and staged photo ops. We strongly condemn this neglect and demand accountability. Enough is enough.

Mosoriot Township.
It’s been several years since Chesumei MP Polo Biego claimed this road project was “complited,” yet we’re still staring at incomplete work and empty promises. The roads remain in a sorry state while the Chesumei MP Hon Polo Biego continues to neglect the very people who elected him.

This kind of leadership in Chesumei is unacceptable. How long must the community wait while those in power do nothing? Accountability is missing, and so is any genuine effort to improve our lives.

We strongly condemn this poor leadership. I can only hope the contractor doesn't abandon the site before delivering what was promised. Our community deserves better.It won't be good
