- ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ምረቃ (High School Diploma)፡ ቢያንስ የ12ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀች።

2. መሰረታዊ ክህሎቶች (Core Skills)
- የግንኙነት ክህሎት (Communication Skills)፡ በቃል እና በጽሑፍ (አማርኛ፣ እንግሊዝኛ) ብቃት መጻፍ፣ ለደንበኞችና ለቡድን በብቃት መልስ መስጠት የምትችል።
