Working across different niches has honestly stretched me in the best (and hardest) ways. Different industries, different perspectives, different types of clients, it’s taught me how to adapt, think wider, and move with intention.

I’ve had to really work on my communication, understand people better, and learn how to stay grounded even when the pressure is high or situations get difficult. Regulating myself while still showing up and delivering? That’s been a big part of the growth.

Along the way, I’ve also discovered my strengths and where I’m at my best. And with that came making tough decisions, including niching down and letting go of some clients so I can show up more fully where it matters most.

It hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been necessary. And I’m grateful for every lesson that’s shaping how I work and who I’m becoming 🤍

If you’re struggling to grow, ask yourself:
Are you really helping your audience, or just posting to post?

✅ Know your people
✅ Teach something useful
✅ Share the real, not just the polished
✅ Solve problems clearly
✅ Entertain with purpose
✅ Stay consistent
✅ Talk with your audience, not at them

When you do this, you don’t need to chase followers, you attract them.

Burn out from social media management is real. That is why it is inportant use tools that help make work easy. Our job should be enjoyable and help us become better SMMs.

However it is impossible to do so when we are rushing and trying to do everything at once.

What we need to do is automate our tasks so we can live like normal people😂😩 without having to rush.
