Top Marketers Club held their monthly meet up at Four Points by Sheraton, Nairobi last Friday, 23rd March 2019 to discuss opportunities and challenges of digital marketing.

Henry Jonker of Clikit Media presented a ingenious platform for branded email marketing while Serah Katusia CEO of Mediacom explored the personalization of digital marketing vis-a-vis intrusion of personal privacy.

The members discussed the need for agencies to understand client needs before giving solutions. It was also unanimously agreed that the return on investment for digital marketing was significantly higher than mainstream media. However, marketers need to figure out the habits of their target audience in order to choose a marketing channel that corresponds to the target audience.
