Lucy Uside Joins Ofafa Maringo Church in Celebrating New Van Launch
MCA aspirant for Hamza Maringo Ward, Lucy Uside, joined the Ofafa Maringo community yesterday in celebrating the launch of a new church van, describing the achievement as a testament to unity, faith and collective commitment to community development.
The colourful ceremony brought together church members, leaders, residents and well-wishers who gathered to witness the unveiling of the new vehicle. The van is expected to play a key role in supporting the church’s ministry, outreach programmes and various community initiatives.
Uside congratulated the church leadership and members for their determination and teamwork in making the acquisition of the van a reality. She said the achievement demonstrates the power of unity and what communities can accomplish when they work together towards a shared goal.
She commended the church members for their dedication and encouraged them to continue supporting projects that improve the welfare of families and contribute to the development of the wider Ofafa Maringo community.
The celebration also provided an opportunity for residents to interact, exchange ideas and recognise the important role the church continues to play in supporting and uplifting the community.
