- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Drive strategy to achieve departmental growth goals
- Collaborate with creatives to deliver impactful visual stories
- Strengthen the Panoram brand online and offline

- Business-savvy, ideally with media, events, or content experience
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ex*****on skills
- Strong communicator with a client-first approach
- Organised, results-driven, and collaborative
- Passionate about storytelling that drives change

Work Structure:
- Meetings: In-person twice a week
- Check-ins: Daily progress updates
- Reports: Weekly performance reports
