Having known the cartels and crooks from Kilimani, I'm sure they aren't asleep. They think we, the hoi polloi are the ones asleep. As such, the plan is to auction the country.

Somaliland has been peaceful for over 30yrs. They have held elections and elected Presidents for over 30yrs

On the other hand, the WARLORDS in Mogadishu (the Somalia) have been siphoning money from UN, killing each other and residing in Nairobi.
