This is my Archive: In Loving Memory of Our Father 🤍🕊️

On 31st October 2025, we paid homage to a great man who left us exactly a year ago — a man we all proudly called Dad and Father.

At 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, 31st October 2024, he took his final breath. We laid him to rest on 9th November 2024. That period was one of deep sorrow and heartbreak, as our family faced the painful reality of his departure.

But one year on, my family and I have held firmly to the values he instilled in us. Through his teachings and the grace of God, we’ve found strength, peace, and acceptance.

While 31/10/2024 was a day of tears, 31/10/2025 was one of joy and laughter — as we came together to celebrate and reminisce about the beautiful life he lived and the legacy he left behind both as a family man and as a senior police officer.

Death is painful, yet it reminds us of our shared destiny — that we will all one day depart this earth. What truly matters is how we live — with dignity, love, and purpose.

Continue resting in paradise, Daddy. Your love lives on in us. 🕊️🤍

September draws to a close, and we step into October, a month that brings with it a whirlwind of emotions for me. This year, I will be celebrating my birthday in October, stepping into a very significant and pivotal age in my life. Yet, the same day will also marks one year since I lost my Dad on that very afternoon. 31/10/2024.

It has been a rollercoaster of twelve months, filled with lessons, pain, growth, and moments of grace. A fatherhood vacuum but through it all, God has been faithful. Even when life has taken unexpected turns, He has held me close and carried me through.

Here’s to embracing this season with gratitude, reflection, and hope for what lies ahead. Hello October!!
