I begin with greetings from all mighty God And caution you for a long post alert....
Naitwa Mc Fire Kamau, I began my journey in the experiential world of marketing 13 years ago influenced by passion , consistency, integrity, discipline and hard work.I am not successful yet because success is a journey that you walk by solving problems and leveraging on solutions which impact change of livelihoods from our surroundings and all walks of life in different amazing ways. I failed n failed a lot and continued to fail till failure became my household name which I appreciate upto today for the degree I hold is from A LEARNED FRIEND LESSONS group of schools🤣. What inspired me for that degree ya life ni kuanguka interviews mingi kwa Agencies until depression caught up with me , kitu sikujua ni kwamba most agencies zilikuaga na their prefereble mcs wenye walikua wanasukumwa kwa any new project inaeza letwa onboard at the same time walikua permanently employed. so the sweet part of this ni ati nilijua hivi after I grew up to understand why I was a failure in most dryruns nasio ati sikujua kuishi na watu, but God was preparing me for a greater course.
You can imagine ukienda training a whole 2 weeks na umengojea project a whole 2 months na where you stay to where the agency is ni about 20kilometers n you have to walk ama utafute kazi ya mjengo upate fare ya kuenda dry run interviews ambayo hiyo mjengo by then mtu wa mkono ulikua unalipwa 250bob🤣. Then ile job umekazana kuendea training unaiona ikikupita kwa highway kwanza Ngoma ikiwa fullblast na juu huwezi ambia mzazi hukupewa job inabaki umesema yenu ni ya next month🤣 na ukifanya makosa ukaribie hiyo truck unaulizwa nani alikuita🤣🤣 k**a Mimi ilibaki show zikikuja Kawangware I watch nikiwa kwa crowd🤣.
God was faithful to me after falling into depression because of failing so many dry runs and I became bitter with myself and those particular agencies and their staffs I started attracting direct projects after So many prayers and petitions. So Kila time ningeenda agency nianguke interview k**a MC nilikua nikitoka nje I chase the same brand through supermarkets n distributors then by chance tunapatana na different teams from same agencies nikiwa na project direct payed 3times more of what the MC's used to earn back then which was 1200 and 800 hundred allowance....
I learnt there was quite a lot of rigging MC's wale wameajiriwa permanent ama wanafanyia hiyo agency job mingiii ile time wako away they would send wale MCs wanajua ndio wakirudi they influence their firing through their respective team leaders na project managers. So which means lazima ungekazana kuweka ma mc mabeshte wenye walikua permanently employed ndio kukiwa na project wanakurushia na ukishindwa ku vibe na wao wewe unakaa ngumu , Jina uko Nayo kubwa lakini huna kazi.....
First forward,that did not stop me from flowing with my passion and dedication in experiencial field hadi nikajaribu kazi ya arusi wakati nilikua nimefika mwisho because MC's kwa roadshow became more stingy and self centered hizo times ata heri washike projects Kumi ndio watambulikane wao ndio kusema kwa hizo agencies lakini wasikupee job but mukipatana kwa barabara mtakula kibanda Moja na ata you exchange give aways, or even mpatane hoteli same zenye mnadoz lakini hakuna mtu atawai kupea link. Life humbled all those MC's hadi waleo most of them are my good friends and some we even work together while others went to serve different lives na wengine pia walipass nanikawachangia kwa group zao za Mazishi na pesa ya roadshows zenye walikua wanakataa nizipate kwa projects zenye walikua wanapata kwa agencies,
In this amazing life don't make other talents feel inferior, you never know where you will need them in life or where they will need you let's learn to subject others to fair hiring n interviews not influencing who should be hired or not ndio ukimaliza job umwambie akae home ndio wewe uendelee juu either uko permanent ama uko na influence kwa a particular agency. Umaarufu sio kuongea ubaya wa mtu ndio upate kazi ama akose kazi ndio Rafiki Yako apate ndio pia yeye umtoe ukitaka.
Wale celebrities nilitambua kitambooo nanilikua nawaona na nawainamia today I eat and dine with them with a lot of respect and them respecting me as well n it's because of mutual understanding and strong friendship bond which we have worked on over the years. We have grown and we have learnt to live with others in harmony and being there for everyone.
Such kind of behaviors especially za dry run made me to always ask emcees to be recording their audios with hype then I send to companies for them to decide which mc to activate their brands. And this was after a few number of MCs walikuja boardrom in 2017 wakiwa Walevi na wakatusi directors kwa group juu ya perdium kuchelewa wakidhani nimimi nimekula🤣. Patience would have been a virtue, there some things MC's will never tell you why they get fired but they will tell who fired them.......
