I secretly think the person I am at the Mist is the person I am in real life 😮‍💨🤫🤭

In 2023, when I was going through artist middle life crisis I can across the song ‘Black Woman’ by and the song healed me. Turns out I didn’t need therapy I needed to remember how magical I am. Fast forward a few weeks later I was in a sound engineering program by Sound Systers Germany X Goethe Institut. Guess who was amongst the 40 females selected for the program? The Nile Dawta!

Fast forward the tape, a few weeks later we were touring Tanzania. Gutírī kurīa marīgu! We did an international reggae festival, radio and clubs team tiga tu 🥵

Fast forward tena, in fact weka hiyo tape kando.
It’s 2025, some of our dreams have come true. Nile is a Dj, a producer and a Santuri alumni. Mambo ya God!

I was praying everyday for July to pass
Kanairo corporate was trying to take me out if you add the cold in Nairobi atm, I’m not feeling very Bonita

June passed by so fast. I feel like I haven’t sat down since my birthday in May.

After the open studio at Villa Walberta, there me just flew.

I blinked once when I was in Berlin and suddenly Romano was consulting with the internet if I would die from a jellyfish sting

Danced a bit at the beach (until 7am, nothing crazy)and woke up in an airport in Italy.

Packed a bag, a few beers and cough syrup for a bus to Paris. Only 19 hours long. It was only late for 2 hours, and to be fair there was traffic in Switzerland.

Danced with Sixtine and other friends during Fete de la musique crossed the streets and the next thing I know I was in Jena eating strawberries and cherries from Adi’s farm.

Napped a bit on the train and woke up on stage at HochX playing Umenitosha.
