SPIRITUAL… OR MANIPULATIVE?

Be honest.

Is it really God said…
or is it control?

Because lately…

People are using spirituality
to silence their partners.

You're disrespecting me becomes,
You're going against God.

Let's talk about it becomes,
Just pray about it.

And suddenly…

You're not allowed to question anything.

Not their behavior…
not their decisions…
not even how they hurt you.

Everything is spiritual.

Everything is divine.

But deep down?

It feels heavy.
Confusing.
One-sided.

That's not peace.

That's pressure.

REAL TALK:

God doesn't need someone
to manipulate you on His behalf.

Love shouldn't feel like fear.
Correction shouldn't feel like control.
Spirituality shouldn't silence your voice.

SOLUTION:

Pray, yes.

But also think.
Also speak.
Also question.

A healthy relationship
allows both faith and honesty.

Because anything that controls you in the name of God…

is not love...

It's manipulation.

IT'S NOT EGO…

I just notice energy.

I see the change…
the late replies…
the dry conversations…

I feel when I'm being forced
instead of chosen.

And in that moment?

I go quiet.

No arguments…
no begging…
no explaining.

Just distance.

Because I've learned;

begging for attention
is the fastest way
to lose yourself.

So I step back…

Not because I don't care..

but because I finally
care about me more.

And once I detach?

You don't lose me all at once…

You lose me in pieces.

Less talking…
less effort…
less of me.

Until one day...

I'm completely gone.

No noise.
No closure.
No looking back.

Because I got tired…

Tired of understanding everything.
Tired of accepting what hurts me.
Tired of pretending I'm okay.

So now?

I don't react.

I observe…
I feel…
and I remove myself.

Silently.

And this time?

I don't come back.
