"The Green Army may have been created with the intention of cleaning and beautifying our towns, but the way it is being implemented risks turning it into a poison for our traders.
Traders are the people who meet our residents every day. They buy and sell, interact with the community, and form an important part of our electorate. When you hurt the people who do business in our towns, you are also hurting the very voters whose support you need.
Governor, never forget that the people are the bosses. You cannot dismiss or frustrate your bosses and expect them to remain silent when their livelihoods are affected.
Those advising you should be honest and tell you the truth. Listen to the traders, listen to the people, and correct what needs to be corrected before the situation becomes politically costly.
