We’re growing — and looking for someone to take the lead on every client conversation.
We’re hiring a Client & Booking Manager to take ownership of all inbound client communication across the studio.
You’ll be responsible for managing inquiries, understanding client needs, guiding bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from first message through to confirmation.
This is a client-facing, commercially driven role. Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-up are essential.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing WhatsApp, calls, and inbound messages
• Qualifying client requirements
• Guiding clients to the right service
• Following up and converting inquiries into bookings
• Coordinating bookings and confirmations
• Assisting with invoicing and payment confirmation
Role details:
• Remote
• Availability required: 9am–5pm
• Workload varies throughout the day — responsiveness is key.

Kenya Wild Live delivers a POV-style game safari experience 🐘🌍 — the first-ever live safari by — with episode one broadcast live from Nairobi National Park 🦒🌿. We were proud to be trusted with delivering such a uniquely complex live wildlife broadcast - coordinating cameras, live switching, and real-time content across a dynamic and unpredictable environment ✨.

We ran the stream on Starlink + LiveU 🛰️ for zero downtime, with seamless remote comms between director (UK) and local host , who kept the whole shoot cool and controlled. Not the simplest setup, but we thrive on that 💪 — tech lead kept the switching sharp and the stream solid (echoflow) ⚡📡

Car rigging is never light work 🚙🔧, but and locked in great cam positions precisely as always 📷. With fast movement across the park, long lens 🔭 and camera tech 🎬 stayed locked in, catching every moment as it happened.

With only 2 days for pre-production, huge credit to line producer for keeping the operation seamless under intense pressure, and special thanks to and Peter for all their invaluable technical support and input 🙌🔌.

A final shoutout to the captain , who navigated all the moving parts and kept the ship on course from start to finish 🎯
