Look. This is one of the most underrated yet most dream killer in the recent days.

If you happen to move on autopilot, you are on the verge of self destruction.

Plan your day the night before. Imagine waking up to decide what to do for the day! Automatically your head shuts and you turn to TikTok to scroll your day off then in the evening your there ranting " aki naumwa na macho na shingo.. kwanza hapa juu! Woi".

Being busy is not the same as being productive.

I remember i used to spend hours on the machine "thinking" I'm productive until someone told me that I'm always too busy such that i can never be found.

He later went ahead to say "hope you have made millions". That really made me requestion my actions cause honestly i used to spend hours on design just to get 200 bob

Working smart means setting clear goals, tracking impact, and aligning your daily efforts with your bigger vision.

Growth comes from intentional work, not just a packed schedule.

I was having this conversation with a friend and we were brainstorming on how businesses are growing and how big brands are doing well in marketing and advertising..

Over the backforth, my friend mentioned on how start-ups are having the hardest time in business ventures.

It downed on me that for you to do proper marketing you needed to be heavily loaded with cash flow for that.

Social Media is no longer the same where you go post, (as they say! 'post consistently ') and wait to convert.

You need to post then go ahead and force yourself to the market by running ads, creating leads etc to be noticed.

Take that note book (physical notebook not the phone one) and write them down to reflect always.
