Gideon Moi says he is OKA’s best choice to replace Uhuru

KANU Chairman and OKA alliance principal Gideon Moi continued to rally support for the alliance as the best choice for Kenya as President Uhuru Kenyatta succession hots up.

While talking about Kenya ’s top job which falls vacant in August 2022, Gideon Moi claimed that he is the best suited among the OKA quartet who include: Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula.

“Unajua, kwa hawa watano, kimi ni kitinda mimba, Im the one who is most energised, unaniwachia mimi nitangulie… hao wengine wajisort….” Moi said.

At the same time, he claimed to know the Central Region’s main adversary—though without naming names—and promised to restrain the enemy by holding ‘its head.’

“”Mimi najua adui ni nani. Lakini niwaulize, nikishika kichwa, mtavumilia mateke,? “ Moi posed.

The Baringo senator stated that the primary goal of OKA is to foster national unity before anything else because they cannot speak about the economy unless they are in government.

“Without peace, cohesion, and stability, our economic progress is at crossroads,” Moi added.

“Our ideology is simple. You should’ve control over your life and your livelihood, with minimal interference from Govt. Our obligation is to look after the poor and marginalized & remove the burdens that prevent majority from prospering. Period.”

Moi declared his presidential bid on September 27, expressing optimism that he would trounce his opponents and called on his Kalenjin community to give him their blessings.

The Baringo Senator promised that if given a chance, he would transform the country, especially areas that are still lagging behind in development.

Nakuru Man Stabbed His Wife To Death Before Jumping From 4 Storey Building

A man identified as Paul Ochieng is alleged to have killed his wife before attempting to commit su***de by jumping from 4 Storey building.

The man killed his wife who was 25 years old, by stabbing her to death in Nakuru. The two are said to have had some disagreements before killing her.

The residents of Stadium Flats Nakuru witnessed the horrific incident.

They said that they heard the commotion and when they went to see what was happening they met with the lifeless body of the Ochieng's wife.

When Paul realized that they were going after him, he tried jumping from fourth floor. Fortunately he didn't die but he broke all of his legs.

''We heard commotion from their house and when we went to check what was happening we saw Mrs ochieng lifeless body. On realizing that we were going after him Mr Ochieng jumped from fourth floor, breaking both of his legs but survived.'' neighbour said.

That's when they called the police who responded swiftly.

The man was taken to Nakuru provincial hospital for treatment under tight police security.

He will later be taken to court and charged with murder case.
