Curio traders at the Subukia View Point in Nakuru County Waseges Ward are complaining that they have been neglected by relevant agencies from both the county government and the national government. Currently, travellers are using bushes as washrooms as they wait for two toilets to be completed by a local investor by the name Hussein Dida, who heard their cry. Despite the place being a tourist attraction, a famous stop-over between Nakuru and Nyahururu and a cultural heritage spot, the View Point has seen zero support from the government leaving the traders to solve their own problems in their own ways.
