*The New Beginnings in the voice of birthings ..*

Hey can you hear it clearly ..? That gentle, yet persistent whisper, like the flutter of a butterfly's wings or the first breeze of spring? It's the voice of the birthings - the divine call to new life, to transformation, to the dawning of something extraordinary.....something that is going to shake entire society ,family or even the world ..something that is going to put you on thrown ...

In the quiet moments,challenges and pain, when the noise of the world fades and our souls grow still, we can feel it.... A stirring deep within, a flutter of anticipation, a longing for something more. This is the voice of the birthings, beckoning us to open our hearts and minds to the work God desires to do in us....it's above that rejuvinate and rekindle the fire within us to glow.

It may come as a sudden realization, a moment of clarity amidst the chaos. Or it may be a gradual awakening, a slow kindling of the embers of our faith. But make no mistake, the voice of the birthings is ever-present, whispering its song of new beginnings, of hope, and of the transformative power of the Holy Spirit... Its a voice that is hidden and nearly impossible to hear when not attentive ,it's a voice that seems not actual but after it all you realize it's actual .

Like a mother's tender call to her child, this voice invites us to leave the familiar and step into the unknown.... Its a voice that pushes men to risk and go further whether you fail or not and it makes you care the less ,It urges us to shed the old, to let go of the comfortable, and to embrace the birthing pangs of change.....it's a voice that puts off or away fear of unknown and puts on proper faith in the lord. For in those moments of discomfort and uncertainty, ups and down where no friends no family no help at all ,the most beautiful and lasting work of God is often birthed.The work that becomes shakers and shappers.

So listen closely, dear child of God..nomatter the voice

THE REASON WHY GOD CREATED TITHING - Dr.Myles Munroe
Tithing has nothing to do with giving God money,God doesn't need nothing from you, He can't even give God nothing.
Everything on the Earth already belongs to God, you don't need nothing from us, so when God's sets something up is not because he needs it.

Tithing and offering is God's management training program for human kind,God doesn't need a penny from us and yet He tells us 100 percent of everything is mine, we only think of money and that's our problem.

-If you get 10 shoes, one of them ain't yours.
-If you get 10 dresses, one of them ain't yours.
- If you get 10 oranges, one of them is not yours.
-If you get 24hours a day, 2hours 40minutes does't belongs to you.

You are a thief everyday if you don't give your 2hours 40minutes for God, a time theif,you spend 2hours, 4hours,8hours watching cable television you can't even give God the 2hours 40minutes that belongs to Him, you can't even manage the 2hours and 40minutes.
God can in anytime and any minutes command you to give that dress away, it doe's belongs to you.

So tithing and offering is not about money, is about management.
Can you consistently give tithe.
God said,put aside 10 percent of everything for my purposes, that's tithing.
100percent of everything belongs to God and God says put aside 10percent for His work leaving 90percent,which still belongs to God.
So then if God owns everything, why will He allow you to put aside 10 percent if all things belongs to Him, Is because is not about the money, is about your ability to put it aside, your will, your control, your discipline to put it aside, HE IS AFTER YOUR DISCIPLINE.

If you can manage the 10percent properly, then He is happy to trust you with the 90percent but because you have been unfaithful with the 10percent, you keep loosing the 90percent and end up with NO PERCENT.

*MUST READ* : A pastor was traveling last week, he saw an old man, and gave him a lift. While they were going, the old man said; my son, do
you know what happened in Heaven last night?

The pastor was so terrified and hurriedly
parked and asked; Sir, are you sleeping?
How did you get the information about
Heaven?
The Old man said; last night in Heaven God
became very angry with man and asked
the Angels to blow the trumpet. The
angels picked up the trumpets and as they
were about to blow it WHEN, Jesus fell
down and began to plead in tears. The
blood that came out of His hands and body
were very fresh. He told God that His
death shouldn't be in vain.

God couldn't stand the pains of the saint
and the wickedness of the evil ones. So He
said; "I AM GIVING THEM THEIR LAST
CHANCE."

Jesus then turned to the angels and told
them to move down in their numerous
numbers to tell the world that:
"THE END IS NEAR, JESUS IS COMING VERY
SOON".

The pastor (sweating and crying) asked; sir,
how did you know this?
The OLD MAN replied; I am one of the
Angels sent
to the World.
Please use every medium of
communication to send this message.
No time to waste, Please! And the old man
disappeared.

Brethren, this story is real, Christ is coming

I started praying an hour a day. Many a person has told me, they could hear me a mile alway and tell me every word I was praying in english. What they didn't know I was praying in tongues. I lived in Ohio, I was babysitting two little girls. I was up on the second floor, that's where my room was. I got to where I was really praying, a little in the Spirit.

The phone rang and rang, but I didn't stop. I didn't let anything stop me when I went to praying. I kept on my hour. I kept on praying, I didn't get up and run to it. I kept praying till my hour was up. I finally went down stairs and it rang again and I went to pick it up. This was a lady across the street. Back then we didn't have private phones, everybody had at least one person on the phone. I pick up the phone and someone was talking and I started listening.

She said, "I'll tell you right now, I'm calling the law. This woman out there is praying and she is running me crazy! I'm getting the law and putting her in jail, I can't stand her no more!" I was just a young girl, I had make a decision. I had to make up my mind, to go to jail or quit praying. I said right then I will not quit praying, devil!! I'll go to jail and I can pray in jail and they can't stop me! I made up my mind!

WHEN JOHN G LAKE ENCOUNTERED WILLIAM SEYMOUR.

I was in a meeting in Los Angeles on one occasion. An old black man was conducting the services'. He had the funniest vocabulary. But I want to tell you, there were doctors, lawyers, and professors listening to marvelous things coming from his lips.
It was not what he said in words; it was what he said from his spirit to my heart that showed me he had more of God in his life than any man I had ever met up to that time. It was God in him who was attracting people. One man insisted on getting up and talking every little while. Some people have a mania for talking.
The old black brother endured it for a long time. Finally, the fellow got up again, and the old man stuck his finger out and said, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, sit down!" The man did not sit down. He fell down. And his friends carried him out. That is only one of the living facts of what Christianity is: the divine power of Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit, filling a man's soul and body, flashing through his nature like holy flame, accomplishing the will of God.

PEOPLE I FAILED TO HELP - Derek Prince

MARCUS AND ROGER
Today I realize that I failed in my pastoral responsibility. I grieve that I did not give them the help they needed. Two particular cases stand out in my mind.
The first was Marcus, a Jew from Germany. He and his older brother were the only two members of a large family who did not die in Hitler's gas chambers. Then, in England, Marcus had a powerful personal encounter with Jesus of Nazareth and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. Many times, when praying with him, I heard him speak clearly and fluently in an unknown tongue. (I am familiar with German and know that was not the language he was speaking.) All the time I knew Marcus, he was a bold and faithful witness to Jesus as his Savior and Messiah. Yet he never seemed to enter the deep, inner peace that Jesus promises to those who believe in Him.
Apart from the trauma of the Holocaust, Marcus had another emotional problem in his background. When he was born, his mother had wanted a daughter and would not accept the fact that he was a boy. Throughout his childhood, she dressed him as a girl and treated him in every way as if he were female.

From time to time Marcus enjoyed periods of real peace and victory, but then he relapsed into moods of black despair. He was tormented by a sense of guilt that he could neither explain nor resolve. At times, to punish himself, he would put his fingers in the door and then close the door on them. He was even driven to drink his own urine.
After these episodes he would come to me for help. "Can't you get this 'devil' out of me?" he would cry. But I closed my mind to the possibility that he could really need deliverance from a demon. After all, I had heard him speak in tongues!
After I gave up my pastorate in London, I gradually lost direct contact with Marcus. But through a mutual friend I learned that he had undergone a prefrontal lobotomy-the surgical severing of one or more nerve tracts in the frontal lobe of the brain in o

Every ministry that is working for the equipping of the church must be careful not to put their personal expectations on the church, but to seek the Lord for His expectations.

Ministers who have been through previous rejections, without being healed of them, often take their next assignment with a determination to prove themselves.

This will cause them to put unrealistic pressures on themselves and those within their flock, which only leads to more failures. This can be a vicious cycle that leaves a long line of hurt people and a ministry that is either too bitter or too insecure to function.

Again, when we know that we have received our commission from above, and that we are known by the Father, it really does not matter what other men think of us.
This is a liberation that is essential for any minister. We cannot function in true ministry if we are carrying any other yoke but the Lord's. We must not allow ourselves to be controlled by human expectations, even our own
expectations, but only by the Lord's. He does not expect of us what He does not empower us to perform.

PRAY BECAUSE PRAYER BINDS DEMONIC
ACTIVITIES IN YOUR MINISTRY.

Dear pastor friend, a church is not a secular
organisation. You need to bind the devil for
several important reasons:

a. You must bind his activity that causes
divisions and disloyalty amongst leaders.

b. You must bind his influence that causes
backsliding, immorality and sin in your
members.

c. You must bind the demons that cause poverty,depression and oppression in your members.

d. You must bind the spirits that raise
accusations and slander against the church.

Whether you like it or not, Satan assigns demons to attack and destroy the church. I
suggest you read my book, Leaders and Loyalty
to get a fuller revelation of the activity of demons against your ministry.

If you do not bind the devil he will bind you in your own church. You will be unable to minister. No one will receive from you and you
will wonder what is going on.

The devil will scatter your congregation time
and time again. There will be a complex network of stories, accusations, slander and discussions that constantly divide the church. Rise up today and bind Satan and demons in your church.
