UPDATE:
NTSA Statement on the fatal traffic crash along
along the Mai Mahiu–Narok Road

The Authority takes this opportunity to condole with the families and friends of those who lost their loved ones in the tragic road traffic crash that occurred in the Nairegia area along the Mai Mahiu–Narok Road.

We assure the public that we are working closely with the National Police Service to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances that led the driver to lose control of the vehicle, resulting in the head-on collision.

From this investigation, we will develop evidence-based recommendations focused on the key priority areas outlined in the National Road Safety Action Plan (2024–2028) for implementation by all relevant stakeholders.

Further, as part of our ongoing road safety efforts, Operation Watoto Wafike Salama will be intensified nationwide to ensure the safe passage of our children during the back-to-school period.

A multi-agency team will heighten strict road safety compliance checks across the country and we urge all motorists to exercise the highest level of responsibility while on the roads.

We call on parents, school administrations, and school transport operators to prioritize the safety of our children during this period.

All school transport operators are expected to present their fleets for inspection to confirm that the vehicles are mechanically sound and safe for transporting children.

The Authority remains committed to working with all stakeholders to enhance road safety in our country.

The importance of ĺýiñg in court. When you lìè in court, the bùŕden of proof automatically shifts back to the people making the àĺlègation. It then becomes their responsibility to prove the çàse against you beyond reasonable doubt.
Even if you were caught red-handed with overwhelming evidence, I will still advise you to still lìè. You might still be freed on technical grounds.
When you lìè in court, it doesn’t mean you didn’t do it, it simply means you are telling the other party to prove that you did it. And trust me, proving it is often very hard.
If they try to prove it, you can always counter their evidence and it becomes interesting.
Lìè and be consistent with it, always remember the first lìè you told and stick to it.
Keep ĺýing and maintain the lìè till judgement.
Don't let anyone ìñtimìdàte you with evidence, evidence alone can't guarantee çòñviction, Evidence can be set aside and even rejected on some grounds.

Things People Post on Social Media that can Land them in Serious Legal Consequences

🥢False Accusations
Posting that someone is a thief, fraudster, scammer, or criminal without proof can expose you to legal action. If the allegation is false and damages the person’s reputation, the law may step in.

🥢 Defamation
Even when you are angry or trying to expose someone, writing things online that damage another person’s reputation without evidence can amount to defamation. Social media posts can easily be used as evidence.

🥢 Threats
Comments like “You will regret this,” “I will deal with you,” or “Just wait and see what will happen to you” may look like ordinary online arguments, but they can be interpreted as criminal threats or intimidation.

🥢 Posting Someone’s Private Pictures or Videos
Sharing someone’s private photos or personal moments without their consent can lead to serious legal consequences, especially if the intention is to embarrass, shame, or harm the person.

🥢 Spreading Unverified Information
Forwarding or posting damaging information about someone without confirming whether it is true can also expose you to liability, especially if it harms the person’s reputation.

The truth is this Social media may feel like a casual space, but the law still applies there.
What you post in anger, excitement, or frustration today can become evidence tomorrow.

So before you hit “post”, it is always wise to pause and think.

Now let me ask you
Have you ever seen a post on social media that you felt could actually get someone into serious legal consequences?

While the US🇺🇸 is creating more jobs for claims agents, China🇨🇳 is building next-gen hospitals.

My wife stayed in a Chinese hospital for a week and our bill was less than $100 for the stay and all the medicine.

Should the US be copying China's homework?
