Mp aspirant Sane. This is the very road that MP Sunkuyia uses every day.
Yet the Kiserian Magadi Road remains in a deplorable condition, causing untold suffering to residents, motorists, traders, and school going children.
MP Sunkuyia, through the National Government, we need urgent action. The people have waited long enough. Tumechoka na ahadi it's time to fix our roads and restore dignity to our communities.

Let it be clear: we are not grabbing land. We are simply supporting the H.E. Joseph Ole Lenku, EGH dream of transforming the former dumping site into a People's Park a green, clean, and accessible public space for all residents.

We call upon the county government to safeguard this land, protect the environment, and ensure that this important project is realized for the benefit of the community...

Kenya Power Care disaster waiting to happen in Kangawa B, Kihiko, near the Hanging Bridge. Electricity wires are hanging dangerously low, barely 10 metres above the ground,

This poses a serious risk to residents, motorists, pedestrians, and school-going children who use this busy road every day.
Immediate intervention is needed to prevent a potential tragedy. We urge Kenya Power and the relevant authorities to address this dangerous situation as a matter of urgency before lives are put at risk.

KIWEWE CHA BARABARA YA OLOOLUA 46
Four years later, the dust, mud, and suffering remain.
MCA: "Within 100 days, I will tarmac this road."
MP: "If I don't tarmac this road, don't vote for me again."
Today, those promises have faded into silence. The road remains neglected, residents continue to suffer, and leaders who once sought votes with bold assurances are nowhere to be seen.
The promises. The lies. The deception. Development should not end after elections.

What is causing school unrest?
School unrest doesn't happen overnight. Is it academic pressure, poor communication, harsh rules, poor facilities, student frustration, or something deeper that we are failing to address?
The conversation should not only focus on the destruction caused but also on the reasons behind it. Understanding the root causes is the first step toward finding lasting solutions.
What do you think is the main cause of school unrest today?

What has been your experience with public toilets? A whole roll of tissue costs about KSh 20, yet you pay KSh 10 and this is the kind of tissue you are given.
Also, in Embul-Bul, the county government should add another toilet for men. There were supposed to be two men's toilets, but the second one has been turned into a store. Right now, someone has been inside for more than 10 minutes, and the rest of us are left waiting in line.

Maasai Boys School in Embul-Bul has reportedly sent students home following growing unease among learners. According to some students we spoke to, the situation was influenced by similar unrest witnessed in other schools.

Some students also stated that many learners felt they had overstayed in school ahead of the midterm break, contributing to growing dissatisfaction among the student body.
According to students, learners were allowed to leave for home if they felt uncomfortable or unsafe.

One student told us that he chose to leave because he no longer felt secure at the school due to the tension and uncertainty surrounding the ongoing situation.
School authorities have not yet issued an official statement regarding the reported closure or the circumstances surrounding the unrest. Efforts to reach the institution for comment were unsuccessful, as our calls went unanswered.....
What is happening in our schools?

Nimejaa ngori !! NGONG DESERVE LEADERS WHO SHOW UP, NOT JUST SPEAK UP!
To all MCA aspirants seeking to lead Ngong Ward: yesterday's public participation forum was your opportunity to listen, contribute, challenge, and fight for the projects you believe our people need most. Unfortunately, some of those loudly promising development were nowhere to be seen.
And please, do not say, "Even if I attended, nothing would have changed."

If you believe the current MCA is not delivering, public participation is exactly where you should come and say so. Stand up before residents, fellow leaders, and county officials. Present your ideas. Challenge the priorities. Push for the projects you keep promising the people.

That is leadership.
One aspirant promises boda boda shades. Another promises porridge programs for children. Those may be worthy proposals. But if you cannot attend the very forum where such projects can be proposed, debated, and prioritized, why should residents trust that you will fight for them after being elected?
Come and show the people what you are capable of. Come and demonstrate your courage, your ideas, and your commitment. Campaign slogans are easy. Development requires showing up when the work begins.

Njaa ngori. Campaigns are expensive. But leadership is not about waiting for an election. It is about serving before the votes are cast.
Ngong Ward needs leaders who are present, involved, and ready to work today not leaders who only appear when it is time to make promises tomorrow.
