Pretence is real, for the past 6 years, with my Entertainment label and Weez De La Weezy have been organising events across the mountain all the way from Kaptama, Kapsokwony to Cheptais and these posters have it all. I invited our artists, some i linked them with the local clubs and restaurants to perform but wasabaot ni nani, few managed to attend but most could afford to party at royal palace kimilili and club santora in the so called Luhya land.
Coz we were in business, i was forced to adapt and start hosting events at Kimilili, infact i have hosted almost in all the Clubs in kimilili and to my surprise, most of our audience were sabaots 😀 but when i decided to organise it at our soil Kapso nobody showed up, just few people. As if it wasnt enough, people again used to complain why i didnt host events at Cheptais thats when i launched Club Marambach when the owner was still alive, we camped there from date 23rd to date 25th, pure entertainment, pure music from all the genres and giving our youths a chance to showcase their talent and at the same time promote the local bar.
History has it, i have hosted almost in all those local bars and clubs za cheptais from 90 Degrees to Booker Inn, Marambach. Kapsokwony to Kimili, Chwele farmers Inn, Plan B to Cheptais but our people will NEVER support their own, just yap yapping and i know Chitab Koret will agree with me when he was invited to perform at Teriet Kapsokwony. We are full of complains and pretence, lets stop this negative energy and see positive things in our little efforts that we are doing in entertainment sector.
Lastly, like i said earlier, Most of Sabaot events were held at Eldoret and Kitale and people again used to complain why waste around 1000 to travel to those places to and fro and spend more than 2000 on drinks and other refreshments thats why i decided to look for a BETTER, COMFORTABLE and SPACIOUS place to host such high end parties. Looking at our Restaurants and Clubs, we have few that can try to accommodate such events for the likes of Nectar perhaps but we dont have a good place we can brag and host high end parties. Yes you can say we can look for a hall, we tried that also, the famous Kisiero plaza in kapasokwony has a good hall but few people came when i hosted 2016 end year party.
To cut the long story short, lets stop this trolls going on about the venue, we did it in 2019 same place and i think my friends Masuti Chemasuet Chemosit Cheren Kipkania Allan Namanga were there and they can tell you how it rocked. Kibarmos is owned by one of us, Eng. keya's Wife is a kalenjin if ur not aware andorw so hes not the organizer but an associate here just like other Sabaots.
Please sio kila kitu inaitaji siasa.. Come and enjoy and this is a good challenge to our leaders like Mokin Ptangu'ny Hsc why built big houses in Kimilili, Bungoma and other places but not investing in our own soils?? Thats the real debate now but not whatever am seeing. Cc Kijembe Kizima Kenya Marui Isaac Mtunasi Solomon

Allow me to register my gratitude to each and everyone supporting our Sabaot Culture wherever they are in this globe. I want to welcome you all from the diverse community and tribes to come together and enjoy the Sabaot Culture, we are not blocking ANYONE from coming. Come enjoy, see and participate in celebrating our culture.
For so many years we have been celebrating our cultural events in Kitale and Eldoret thats Trans Nzoia and Uasin Gishu counties respectively. I want to confirm to you that those events mostly was for people who could afford to travel to Eldoret or Kitale and pay a minimum of 500 KShs to attend and probably, middle class people missed to enjoy and be part of their own cultural event thats why i had to look for a better place for middle class and higher class people from Kapsokwony and Cheptais to attend, Kibar moss Sirisia was our choice. I sold my idea to Eng Keya of Kibar Moss and i was glad when he embraced it and sponsored the event. Bikaap kaa, lets come together and celebrate our culture at Kibar Moss, next time we will organise another one elsewhere, either Kapsokwony or Cheptais. Lets talk of how to better this event but not insulting each other coz of the venue. Anybody can organise such event anywhere and we will support. Lets give our artists a chance to showcase what they know about our culture, come and learn something about our culture and also we will showing our neighbors how we value, cherish and enjoy our culture. As you throw stones, remember even the other tribe is complaining why Kibar moss gave us a chance but not them.
Good people lets come together to enjoy, cherish and be proud of our culture as we support our artists bondeet kisinja and kim kim this Friday 24th Dec 6pm till dawn!!

From Chemasuet
As I was told, I will also tell my
daughter's :-
-Don't marry a man from Koony or
Kaptama, they are proud, drunkards
and only pay part dowry.
-Dont marry a man from Kamneru,
they strungle people and don't pay
dowry.
-Dont marry a man from Mosoop,
they don't like or visit their in-laws
though they pay dowry.
-Dont marry a man from Bok or
Cheptais, they are too educated, too
religious, too superstitious and
landless though they respect their in-
laws.
-Dont marry a man from Chesurup,
Chebwek, Chesiro, Kabero, Kamarang,
Kaptoboi or soomek because they are
born criminals.
They are notorious wife beaters and
law breakers and always they are on
the run from the hand of the law.
-Dont marry a man from Kongit,
Kaberwa, Koshook, Sambocho,
Kaimugul, Kipsikirok, Soosaplel, Saria
and Kaboriot.
They will leave you in the house for a
month while they go hunting wild
animals in the forest.
-Dont marry a man from Chemondi,
Terem, Kapsambu and Chebich.
You will die from hard work of
tending irrigated tomatoes and
onions.
-Don't marry a man from Masaek,
Kipchori, Chelebei and Chongeywo.
You will be a permanent donkey
driver between Chepyuk and Chwele.
-Don't marry a man from Toywontet,
Chewangoi, Kapkurongo, Chepkube
and Kimaswa.
They are idlers and verandah seaters
in their markets.
-Dont marry a man from Kimama,
Kang'anga, Terem, and Kiptaywa.
Their wet black soils will crack your
beautiful feet.
-Don't marry a man from those Tesos
scattered on the Rocky escapments of
Kipchiria, Kamutiong, Sacho and the
dry Sandy Kapkoto.
I don't want to drink busaa stirred by
a hand from a dead man.
-Don't marry a man from Bukusus.
I don't want your in-laws to
permanently camp in my home.
-Also avoid men from Kapsongoywo,
Kaptayeek, Kapsangula, and Kamarat
clans.
I don't want to argue with prophets
when demanding for dowry. They
aren't friendly and might decide to
give me one donkey as dowry and kick
me out.
But marry whoever your heart loves
from the above prople because you
are the one to choose for me and you
will remember I warned you in case of
any problem.
That I was told and I have told you as I
was told.
