A Sunday morning story
😄⛪ “THE DAY THE OFFERING BOX TALKED BACK"
So… there was this brand new, beaded offering box at a small village church.
You know the kind—made by sylybeads centre shiny, elegant, with beadwork that slaps harder than a gospel drum on Kesha Sunday. 😌✨
It was the first Sunday the church was using it, and everyone was hyped. The Pastor walked down the aisle with swagger, showing it off like it was a trophy.
Worship was fire. The choir sang like angels.
Then came offering time…
🎤 Pastor: "Give cheerfully to the Lord!"
First mama Kanini came forward, dropped her coin gently.
The box was like: “Mmh, that’s a good start.” 🥹
Then Brother Syly passed by, pretending to put something inside…
The box paused and whispered:
“A-a-a bro! Si you used me to flex on your status last night, now uko na zero?” 😂😂
Suddenly, it started shaking slightly.
The usher looked at it, confused.
Little did they know—the box was judging people silently. 😏
Someone tried putting crumpled notes and the box went:
"Si you ironed your shirt this morning, but hii note unaiweka k**a tissue?!" 😭😭
Finally, a little child came with 10 bob, held it with both hands, smiling.
Dropped it in slowly.
The box sparkled. Literally. One bead shined brighter than the rest.
It was as if the box said:
"Now that’s the kind of heart I’m here for!"
From that day on, people stopped playing games with the offering.
Because word spread:
🗯️ “Hii offering box ya Sylybeads ina roho. Na attitude!” 😂

Moral of the story:
Give with joy… or risk being side-eyed by the Beaded Box of Judgement! 😅
Happy Sunday All as you prepare to give joyfully
