MAGANJO, MATHIRA – Hundreds of elders from Gatunganga location have gathered at Maganjo Secondary School today for the Gatunganga Men’s Senior Day.

The event, dedicated to men aged 55 and above, combines physical exercise with vital seminars on the Marriage Act, the Succession Act, and retirement planning.

​Organized by Mathira MP Aspirant Eng. Maina Gateru, the forum also incorporates Christian teachings to provide a holistic day of empowerment and fellowship.

The initiative aims to equip senior citizens with the legal and spiritual tools necessary to navigate their retirement years while fostering community unity.

Benta Njeri, a resident of Kibirigwi, was last seen at Karatina Main Stage where she boarded a matatu heading to Kagumo. However, she never arrived at school.

Her mother, Agnes Muendo, is appealing to the public for any information that may help trace her whereabouts.
