A careless word, spoken in haste or frustration, can leave invisible scars that shadow a child's entire educational journey. Conversely, a kind, understanding phrase can ignite a spark of belief, offering a beacon of hope in the darkest of times.Imagine a learner arriving at school with a heavy heart—maybe a home filled with conflict, poverty, or loss.

They wear their pain silently, masked behind a shy smile or disruptive behavior. When a teacher approaches them with impatience or judgment, it can reinforce their sense of unworthiness, making them retreat further into silence or rebellion.
