Sometimes everything is always worth a trial, even when fears of failure outweigh the possibilities of success...
One of them is real, the other is just a personal drawback.

I'll telk you the story of a successful farmer....
There was a farmer who grew excellent quality corn. Every year he won the award for the best grown corn. One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned something interesting about how he grew it. The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbors. “How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbors when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?” the reporter asked.

“Why sir,” said the farmer, “Didn’t you know? The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbors grow inferior corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors grow good corn.”

So is with our lives... Those who want to live meaningfully and well must help enrich the lives of others, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others find happiness, for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all...
-Call it power of collectivity...
-Call it a principle of success...
-Call it a law of life.
The fact is, none of us truly wins, until we all win!!

10 Hard Things You Need To Do For Success (While Many People Are Unaware)
The road to success is a long and winding one, with plenty of obstacles just waiting to trip up a careless traveler. Apart from the privileged few who are given everything on a silver platter, most of the people who make their dreams come true put in a lot of hard work and make sacrifices behind the scenes, constantly improving themselves. Shaping yourself into a smarter, faster, stronger and better version takes time, and there are a number of things that you need to do for success, even though you may not realize it yet.

1. Stay calm and composed during conflict situations One of the first things to look for in a good leader is the ability to keep his or her composure during a high pressure situation. We can look at lions for a good example of effective leadership – the male lion is the leader of the group, even though the females do most of the hunting while he just lies around, but as soon as a large animal threatens the group the lion remains calm and deals with the threat, even if it means sacrificing his life to keep everyone safe. Now, you shouldn’t just sit there and wait for an opportunity to show off your conflict management skills, but you have learn to stay calm during arguments and crisis situations.

2. Practice good manners and always be polite You never know when a great opportunity will present itself – you might be at a party, at a parking lot or buying groceries when you meet someone who may have a job opportunity or an interesting business proposition for you. Practicing good manners will significantly improve the way other people perceive you, and by constantly reinforcing a polite and composed demeanor in your daily life, you will actually prepare yourself for professional and courteous behavior during business meetings and negotiations. It’s easy to allow yourself to explode at every little thing that irks you or resort to sarcasm and rudeness, but the true greats will never let their frustration or insecurities show. If everyone sees you as a reasonable, trustworthy and polite individual, many doors will open for you.

3. Be incredibly punctual and consistently productive The main thing that separates successful people from the rest of the crowd is their ability to organize their life down to the last second and always be on time, clocking in a number of highly productive hours each day. Unfortunately, consistency is not something many people are good at. This is why companies go to great lengths to ensure that their employees stay punctual , but if you want to build a successful career, you’ll have to find a way to develop these positive habits on your own. Even if the company has a strict attendance policy and the right software in place, you still need to go to bed on time, wake up early and stay focused throughout the day. Learning to motivate yourself to get things done when you really don’t feel like it and have a number of obstacles in your way is the most important career lesson you can learn.

4. Acknowledge your mistakes Refusing to accept that you’ve made a mistake is not only counter-productive, but quite childish. A grown man or woman should have a firm grasp of reality and be aware of their own imperfections. Even though we can never be completely objective, we can at least admit that we have made a mistake and try not make similar mistakes next time. Accepting that you are flawed and trying to improve things about yourself that have become major character traits over time is incredibly difficult, which is why most people keep shifting blame and never grow.

5. Work hard on improving yourself in all aspects of life While focusing on a single aspect of your life and even a single skill can help you master it faster before moving on to the next issue that needs improvement, being good at a couple of things is not going to be enough to attain true success. Communication and negotiation skills are important in practically any line of work, while dressing with style and confident body language can help you take your career to the next level regardless of skill and experience. Taking care of your body and getting all the nutrients you need , as well as exercising, is going to boost focus, give you more energy and make you feel very confident. As you can see, reading, exercising, dieting, people skills and many other good habits all come together to create a winning mentality, and successful people strive to improve in different ways.

6. Push through failure with supreme confidence A lot of people mistakenly assume that those rare few who achieve excellence simply have a unique combination of incredible talent and luck, which helps them get to the top without ever making any mistakes. However, while talent plays a big role, it’s actually the courage to try new things, tons of hard work and supreme confidence in yourself that are going to catapult you out of mediocrity. You have to believe that what you are doing is the best possible option if you want to be able to shrug off failures and keep moving forward. A smart man once said: “We either win or we learn” – there is no “fail” in the vocabulary of a winner, all those minor setbacks are just lessons in the school of hard knocks. This confidence doesn’t come easy – it must be nurtured daily, by positive phrases repeated in front of the mirror and by truly believing that all the goals you have set can and will be accomplished sooner or later.

7. Come up with your own answers through tons of research and practice Information is often served to us on a silver platter, but practical experience has shown that the easier it is to attain information, the more you should question its validity. There are tons of myths and misinformation out there, and a quick 3 minute Google search is not going to help you master any topic. You can never just take someone’s word for it, it’s important to read, read, and read some more. Read from several different sources, find experts who most people in the field respect, and always try and see if the theory works in practice – your unique set of circumstances may require a slightly modified approach, and some tips might not apply to you.

8. Force yourself to take on as much work as you can handle, and then some Making it big is not something you can do from your couch. Well, I guess you can if you spend countless hours working on your laptop on a cozy couch, but it’s still work. Entrepreneurs have it worst, but even if you work for a company, climbing the corporate ladder is no easy task. You have to bring in lots of money or improve the efficiency at the office, become a brand ambassador on social media , work on impressing the bosses, navigate the murky waters of office politics, convince the higher-ups that promoting you will benefit them personally in some way, and find any way you can to stand out. This takes a lot of work, and a good chunk of it is not directly related to your field of expertise, so most people either crumble under the pressure or just give up and stay in the same place for years.

9. Cover all the minute details when making a plan A regular Joe will ask a few questions about a project and create a plan of action in a few broad strokes, but a smart businessman will want to cover all the bases. Jumping head first into the deep end isn’t going to yield the greatest of results, and even if you manage to handle a situation, chances are there was a better way of doing things that you’ve missed because you failed to prepare.

10. Invest your time, effort and money into a great opportunity, even if there is no guarantee it will pay off This is the ultimate test of willpower and passion – the willingness to go with your gut feeling and jump on opportunities, even if there is no guarantee that you will succeed. There will be plenty of high-risk, high-reward opportunities along the way, and you need to learn how to distinguish diamonds in the rough from plain old rubble, so to speak. In the beginning you’ll be playing the numbers game, and for every 2-4 misses you’ll hit one big project, but as you become wiser and more successful you’ll be able to make calculated risks. Believing in yourself and taking chances is what will help you advance in your career. We admire powerful and successful people, but we often fail to realize just how much work goes into making it big. All of the things in this article need to come together to pave the road to success, and it’s hard to manage it all, but no one said that it was going to be easy. Happy
Couples Don’t Do Great
Things For The Other, But
They Have These 11 Small
Habits...
Against popular opinion, what makes happy
couples thrive are in the details. The little
things does matter, and such small habits
are strong and bonding enough to define
how far a relationship can go.
1. Going out together
They take a night out every now and then.
They find relevance in courting and
spending the night together in somewhere
special. Such activity keeps the spark of the
relationship alive.
2. Putting their phones away
They are willing to listen to each other and
connect with each other on a deeper level.
Yes, we all want to check that new email or
message, but technology can be a distraction
to a healthy relationship. Happy couples are
willing to put their gadgets away and listen
to what is being said.
3. They go to bed together
They don’t just sleep in the same bed
together, they express their feelings for each
other in the process. They would cuddle and
sleep next to each other. They know that
going to bed together matters as they can
talk and show each other affection.
4. Saying “I love you”
They express their feelings for each other
often. In the morning and before they go to
bed they remind each other of how they
feel. When said in the morning, “I love you”
infuses some tolerance and patience as they
both go out to face the world at work.
5. Expressing pride by showing
off their partners
Happy couples want to show each other off.
They let the world know how wonderful
they are. They don’t mind doing this in a
warm and affectionate manner by holding
each other’s hand or putting their hand on
the other person’s shoulder.
6. Walking together
Happy couples walk together, hand in hand
or side by side. They do not allow the other
partner dragging or lagging behind, rather
they appreciate walking together and being
within each other’s sight. This signals
comfort, strength and love.
7. Cultivating common interests
They enjoy certain interests together. It
could be swimming, skiing, or hiking. What
matters is that they try to tap into the few
interests they have in common and amplify
them. Even when common interests are not
present, they do well to develop them. This
will make couples more reliant and
interesting to each other.
8. Communicating
This means that they do not nag at each
other or become a pain for the other
person. Through communication, they can
express their feelings appropriately. If one
person is upset, he/she can express
themselves and let the other person aware
of their discomfort. Regular communication
breeds an understanding and harmonious
relationship.
9. Appreciating each other
Phrases like “thank you,” “you are a
darling,” “what will I do without you?” are
often said by happy couples. They do well to
appreciate each other and make the other
person feel relevant in the relationship.
Showing such appreciation makes the other
person feel wanted and show that you are
polite and courteous.
10. Surprising each other
A relationship could become drab and
boring if you continue repeating the same
activities together. Happy couples learn to
break such routines and become creative in
the process. This is why they surprise each
other and come with something out of the
norm to please their partners. Spontaneity
and unpredictability can indeed be fun.
11. Hugging and kissing each
other before and after work
Our skin has a memory of that “good
touch.” If you offer your partner that
warmth through a hug or kiss, it tends to
stick with them for the rest of the day or
even the night. Doing well to brighten their
partner’s spirit, happy couples do well to
offer each other that “good touch.”

The story of the three ill-fated men...

One morning at a doctor's clinic a patient
arrives complaining of serious back pain.
The doctor examines him and asks him:
"Tell me what happened to your back...?"
The patient replies: "Sir, I work for a local
night club. This morning I went to my
apartment early and heard some noise in my
bed room.
On entering I knew someone had been with my
wife and the balcony door was open.
I rushed out of the balcony door and did not
find anyone.
As I looked down from the balcony I saw a
man running out and he was dressing himself.
I was very angry. I grabbed the fridge and
threw it at him.
It was very heavy...
That is how I strained my back.!"
Later that day, a second patient arrives as if
he has been in a car wreck.
The doctor said: "My previous patient looked
bad..
But you look terrible..
What the hell happened to you ?"
He replied: "You know I have been unemployed
for a while now.
Today was the first day at my new job...
I forgot to set my alarm and I was late...
I was running out of the building, getting
dressed at the same time.
And you won't believe it but I was hit by a
fridge.
I don't know how and where from this fridge
fell on me...!!!"
Before closing hours, the third patient comes.
He looks like he was punished in hell.
The doctor is shocked.
He asks: "What the hell happened to you..??"
The patient replies:
"Well, It started like this, I was in a
fridge.........."

2015 is drawing to a close...
Count your blessings one by one... from being alive, to health, to wealth, to family, friends, peace, there can only be too many reasons to be thankful for.
It's time to go back to the resolutions you drew at the beginning of the year and cancel all you've achieved and increase the list for the coming year. I can only count you as a blessing in my life, a friend and a reason to long for tomorrow.
May God keep you alive to see all your dreams come true, to help others achieve theirs and to join them in celebrating. May you prosper in God's name, may you live to see your great grandchildren and their offsprings. May 2016 be your year of success and blessing.
That's my prayer for you.

Just share this and help me bless your friends too....

We all have desires, needs and wants. Most
importantly all our pursuits amount to us
being happy. Yet what is so central can be
evasive to many. However chasing
happiness should stem from the decisions
and choices we make. Focus on the little
things, as such is necessary, rather than the
mighty actions you have to reach happiness.
At the end of the day, happiness is never a
destination but a journey and every step
should be one where you embrace the
excitement and joys life has to offer. Here is
a list of 30 small things you can do to
become happier in life.
1. Be thankful and show gratitude. It is not
about what you don’t have but about the
things you currently have. Find a way to
express your gratitude.
2. Pursue the right career. Yes do something
that combines work and fun in your life.
3. Stop trying to be perfect. No one is.
4. Learn to tolerate others. Just as you are not
perfect, people around you also fall short of
being perfect also.
5. Don’t compare yourself with others. Rather
always try to be a better version of yourself.
6. Start each day with a smile.
7. Dream and always hope for the best. There
are no gains or successes in worrying after
all.
8. Forgive yourself and learn to forgive others.
9. Give social media a break and learn to
experience some me-time.
10. Meditate.
11. Give to someone in need. It doesn’t have to
be money, but it could be your time or
energy.
12. You will always make mistakes, don’t ever
take yourself too seriously.
13. Listen or participate in interesting and
thought provoking discussions.
14. Be reasonable. Not everyone will accept
your opinion or beliefs.
15. Don’t try to win every argument.
16. Set goals, they could be short term or long
term. Just have something that you look
forward to accomplishing.
17. Exercise and try to keep fit. Your body is
your vehicle to success.
18. Celebrate your wins and embrace your
losses in the same manner.
19. Stop using negative words like “I can’t.” “I
won’t.” “It can’t.” Always be positive and
know that the world is a place of amazing
possibilities.
20. Write something. It could be a thank you
note, or your plans for the future.
21. Stop spending time with toxic people.
22. Take risks. Learn to embrace your fears and
face your challenges with bravado.
23. Learn to let go of the things beyond your
control. Life will always be unfair and will
not take present itself the way we want it
to. So value what you have and stop trying
to hold on to the things that you cannot do
anything about.
24. Know your strengths and your flaws. At the
end there is so much we can do or take.
Know what applies to you and stop pushing
yourself to places or borders that violates
your values and desires.
25. Embrace change. You should be flexible and
be adaptable. Things will never stay the
same. Time has a way of healing, building
and reforming what is. So understand that
things will pass. Rather than be a victim of
change, be a master of it.
26. Stop complaining and making excuses.
Rather take on more responsibility and do
more of what you can do to better a
situation or the things that surround you.
27. Eat right and sleep as much as you can.
While people will tell you that less sleep,
more work helps you reach your goals,
understand that a healthy body is more
vital to your success.
28. Prioritize. You cannot chase everything at
once. Rather pick those pursuits that matter
to you and prioritize your goals.
29. Stop being busy. Rather focus on being
productive and appreciating the moments
you have.
30. Travel and gain new experiences. Who
knows what awaits you on the other side.
