UPDATE: The DCI has named Kasipul Aspiring MP Philip Nahashon Aroko as a person of interest in the killing of Charles Ong’ondo Were.
The authority has urged him to surrender immediately to the nearest police station.
They are also calling on the public to share any information on his whereabouts.
