A 68-year-old retired military officer from Ziwa, Eldoret, has raised alarm after discovering that he had allegedly been declared dead and a death certificate issued in his name despite being alive.

David Muigei says he was shocked to learn that official records indicated he was deceased, a situation that has left him seeking answers and justice.

According to Muigei, some of his properties have already changed ownership, including his Toyota Harrier, which he claims was transferred without his knowledge or consent.

The retired soldier has accused his wife and children of being behind the alleged scheme, claiming the actions were aimed at taking control of his assets.

Cecilia Wanjiku: The Girl Who Ran Into Fire to Save Her Sisters
In the chaos of May 28, when flames ripped through Meline Waithera Dormitory at Utumishi Girls Academy, Cecilia Wanjiku did not run out. She ran in.
Witnesses say the Form Three student heard screams from the upper floor as smoke choked the two-storey building. While others scrambled for the exits, Cecilia grabbed a blanket, soaked it with water, and cut through the raging fire toward the cubicles where 135 double-decker beds were filled with sleeping girls.
Her classmates recall her voice cutting through the panic: “Follow me, low, low!” She pulled younger students from burning beds, shielding them with her body as embers fell around them. The heat was unbearable. The first floor collapsed in flames, but Cecilia kept pushing toward the back cubicles until the fire trapped her.
She never made it out.
Cecilia Wanjiku died trying to save others. She is among the 16 students who succumbed to burns in the tragedy that has left Gilgil grieving. At only 16 years old, she chose courage over fear, sisterhood over survival.
At Utumishi today, her name is spoken in whispers and prayers. A girl who saw fire and chose to become the way out for others.
📌 Life Lessons From Cecilia’s Story: • True courage is choosing others even when you are afraid.
• Heroes do not always wear uniforms; sometimes they wear school sweaters.
• Life is short — love people, protect people, stand for people.
• In moments of panic, humanity matters more than self-preservation.
• One brave soul can save many lives and inspire generations forever.
Rest in peace, Cecilia Wanjiku.
Your bravery will never be forgotten. 🕊️💔

George Wajackoyah says his education and life experience make him uniquely qualified to lead Kenya, claiming he spent over KSh2 billion pursuing his academic qualifications.

Speaking passionately, Wajackoyah said his PhD alone took six and a half years with three semesters annually, each costing about KSh1.2 million.

“I cannot quantify my brain. My brain cannot be quantified. I have the brain that can run this country,” he said.

The former presidential candidate recounted his difficult journey from being a street child, grave digger in London, policeman, and bus driver before rising into politics.

“I was a chokora, I was a grave digger in London in exile, I was a policeman, I was a bus driver, and I did a lot of things to survive, so I am a survivor,” he stated.

Wajackoyah also alleged that he was rigged out in the 2022 General Election, claiming he garnered 2.8 million votes and that his votes ultimately helped President William Ruto win.

He further made controversial remarks warning against electoral malpractice and claimed he spiritually communicates with Raila Odinga.

“Whoever will steal my votes this time will die,” he said.

Who Killed Meshak Yebei an ICC witness?

Yebei had been involved in documenting cases related to the International Criminal Court (ICC) investigations connected to Kenya’s 2007–2008 post-election violence.

His death was widely suspected to be linked to witness interference or intimidation.

In December 2014, Yebei went missing in Eldoret under mysterious circumstances.

His disappearance raised immediate concern among human rights groups because of his activism and the sensitive nature of the cases he was involved in.

Days later, a body believed to be his was found dumped in a river in Nandi County.

According to ancient traditions, when a 🐴 horse suffers from a severe stomach ache, only a virgin girl could save it by jumping over the animal three times — and just like that, the miracle was believed to happen.

Old beliefs carried deep faith, mystery, and culture. Whether true or not, such traditions remind us how communities once relied on rituals and symbolism to heal and restore hope.
