Dear HR,
A candidate:
🔹 Spends 2 hours searching for jobs
🔹 15–30 minutes applying
🔹 Waits 2–4 days for a call
🔹 Prepares 3–6 days for the interview
🔹 Gives 1–2 hours in the actual interview
And after all this effort, HR can't even spare 10 minutes to inform candidates whether they have been rejected or if the role is on hold?
If rejected - just give clarity; tell them why.
It’s not a rocket science.
👉 Stop ghosting candidates.
