Dear HR,
A candidate:
πΉ Spends 2 hours searching for jobs
πΉ 15β30 minutes applying
πΉ Waits 2β4 days for a call
πΉ Prepares 3β6 days for the interview
πΉ Gives 1β2 hours in the actual interview
And after all this effort, HR can't even spare 10 minutes to inform candidates whether they have been rejected or if the role is on hold?
If rejected - just give clarity; tell them why.
Itβs not a rocket science.
