Women from the Ahmed Mahamud family of the Jibrail community rescind their support for Ahmed Boray Arale and declare their support for the current Eldas legislator, Hon. Adan Keynan Wehliye.
The decision was reached this morning in a consultative meeting between the women and influential members of Team Keynan at ICF in Wajir.
This is a huge boost for Keynan's re-election bid, which the women pledged to support.

Hon. Adan Keynan Wehliye has affirmed his position on ensuring that the people of Eldas benefit from the fair share of development opportunities from the next county administration he said the people of Eldas will have an equal say in the choice of a governor who will advocate and safeguard their interests.
