MAKE MAEK art space is a gallery in Battambang city which aims to connect the city internationally, bringing artists from abroad to exhibit and collaborate with local artists. Since its inception in 2011, Make Maek has hosted nine exhibitions, five of them focusing on local artists and four collaborative shows between international and local artists. The public's reception of the gallery has been

positive even garnering positive reviews from numerous newspapers nationally and internationally, including The New York Times.
